Four in our party walked in, and waited a while to be acknowledged. Got seated in the furthest table by the gaming machines. Our server approached us about ten minutes later, took our drink order and food.Sadly we waited about 30 minutes for the waters and other beverages. Over 65 minutes for our food.Such a horrible first impression. The chicken finger basket was absolutely garbage. No chunks of chicken. Fries are different and we're ok.Sadly when we asked for a box, we were than told there was a woman's softball team ahead of us.Parking: Enough

Tks ......From, Scott Colleen Devin Lilly and DonnaKid-friendliness: Kids are very welcome here .If your kid can't behave lol not for you you will get looks.. they keep it respectful and chill. Can't ask for more deals like Home.

Went here tonight for my sisters wedding rehearsal dinner. Had some of the best, thinnest, crispiest crusted pizza I've ever had in my life. We had like 6 different pizzas and if you like thin crust pizza this place is heaven.Also had the huge pretzel and boneless wings. Fantastic. The spicy wing sauce was great and the Nashville hot was a perfect mix of spicy and sweet.The service was friendly and quick.I live in Florida, but if I lived closer to Sammy's I'd have it a few times a month at least!

Had dinner here a few times and had them deliver in Bourbonnais. Never have I ever been disappointed in the food or service. They are always warm and welcoming everyone in to the restaurant the food was great. This is by far one of my go to places

Our wraps were missing ingredients. No offer to remake, just brought out the avocados and tomatoes on a plate. Big tomato wedges like they serve in the salad. Guess it was up to us to cut them up, open our wraps and add the tomatoes and avocados ourselves. No apology given. Rest of the service was certainly nothing special either. Disappointed in this visit. ?
