If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!!!! The customer service and management SUCKS!!!!! I was on hold for 28 minutes, during my second call about my 2-hour late delivery, which still has not gotten here yet!!! The first CSR stated that my time frame went from 11-2 to 11-8. Yep, that would be 8 PM. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I am not going to have some stranger leaving something on my porch that time of night. She stated that she was contacting the driver and the having a manager call me. Well, an hour later, I CALLED BACK!!!!!! This time, I got a very nice CSR but I was holding with her for 28-minutes. FINALLY, s (supposed) manager comes on the line WHISPERING!!!! When I told him my issue, he said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you because I cannot cancel your order since it is already on the truck". He then says, "Maybe just leave the driver a note and he can keep you items until Monday and make a special trip to bring to you then". REALLY? This manager was in Texas, not Valparaiso though. I did let him know that this was just my second time getting orders and IT WILL BE MY LAST!!!!!! Customer Service AT IT'S WORSE!!!!

This is the truck that comes around to your home every two weeks to drop off the orders that you ordered on line or on the phone with a Schwan employee. If I could give no stars I would. They do not deserve one! DO NOT order from this company. Every time I order from them they do not have the item and then you get an "attitude" on the phone when you place your order. I work too hard for my money to give it to a company that does not care for the customer!!! I told the phone rep that due to her rudeness, that I will no longer be ordering from them again! I told her to rip up my account! Costco will now get all of my business!!!

food isn't as good as pictures let you believe and customer service is terrible. They have very poor communication between driver and dispatch. Many calls just for 1 delivery and then dispatch doesn't tell driver the order. Don't bother.

Delivery comes at a great time and driver is very friendly. Portions could be bigger on some of their family meals. The amount they say it feeds is usually cut in half by me. When it says it feeds four, that is usually enough for my husband and I. Anything that says feeds two to three is usually not enough for the both of us. But prices are pretty decent and sometimes they have coupons.
