Submitted a mobile order and came before work. My wrap was done minutes before my drink. They also forgot the lavender cream on my matcha. When I noticed I kindly asked and they whipped up the cold foam and added it to my cup.
If you are going to work/ study this location has plugs at every table touching a wall. There’s only 7-8 tables inside but beautiful seating outside.

I relocated to Bourbonnais about nine months ago, and as a former barista, it's essential for me to find a Starbucks that serves my favorite drinks. This location has consistently exceeded my expectations! Although I haven't visited inside yet, my experiences as a drive-thru customer have been fantastic. I'm always greeted with a friendly voice at the speaker and a warm smile at the window! <3

Sent kid in to get our drinks. I went to take a sip after we got to our location and thought it felt light. Found that my cup was only half full, barely warm, and incorrect. Double checked: my name and order were correct on the side of the cup.

I came in a busier time in the morning and thought I would be waiting a while. I was wrong! They had a more efficient drive thru than any other place I’ve been to. The best part? The staff are so friendly and make the best coffee. I will go out of my way to come get coffee here because it’s that much better!

I’m hitting this Starbuck when it’s in a miserable state. The tables are dirty. The music is crazy loud. And the staff ignored me once I got my beverage. (I wanted additional milk, which is only provided by staff now at all locations.) maybe they’re busy. It’s hard to tell. There are a few customers in the shop. There are a few car driving through. It’s weird. And I feel crummy about leaving this review, but absent standing in the line to order again, there’s no way to speak to anyone. Such a shame.
