I placed a mobile online order this morning and thought the cup felt light. Once I got out of the car, I took the lid off and almost half of the coffee was missing. Disappointed safe to say. I wish I would’ve checked before I left the drive thru.

Submitted a mobile order and came before work. My wrap was done minutes before my drink. They also forgot the lavender cream on my matcha. When I noticed I kindly asked and they whipped up the cold foam and added it to my cup. If you are going to work/ study this location has plugs at every table touching a wall. There’s only 7-8 tables inside but beautiful seating outside.
Asked for extra strawberries and light ice and got a ton of ice and normal strawberries

I relocated to Bourbonnais about nine months ago, and as a former barista, it's essential for me to find a Starbucks that serves my favorite drinks. This location has consistently exceeded my expectations! Although I haven't visited inside yet, my experiences as a drive-thru customer have been fantastic. I'm always greeted with a friendly voice at the speaker and a warm smile at the window! <3
