We ordered our drinks at 2:09 pm and were told at 2:22 when handed our drinks that we had to allow 5 minutes for a pick up order. What is the point of mobile order? And we were obviously past our 5 minutes.

Love this location, I always place my order ahead of time and is ready by the time I pick it up. They’re kind and fast. Our dog is always happy since he always gets his puppuccino too!

Service was excellent, I was greeted when I entered and helped with a gift card question. My order was completed in a timely fashion and correct.
There were NO comfy chairs or couches. The high tops with bench seats were nice, but I prefer to lounge more.
To top all the baristas wished us a good day as we were leaving.

I attempted to purchase a coffee this evening and it didn't go well. The card reader said "accepted remove card." The young lady in the drive-thru then stated that my purchase didn't go through on her end. She attempted to run my debit card another 2x and both were declined by Chase bank. I tried explaining to her that the card reader said that it was approved and my bank will automatically decline duplicate charges. I opened my bank app on my phone and showed her that I was already charged $12.99. She said it "didn't matter because it was pending." She also stated that she would still need payment. Needless to say, I wasn't paying $24 for a mediocre already overly priced coffee. The manager refused to give me my purchase and demanded another form of payment from me. I pulled away, called chase Bank, and am currently disputing this stores fraudulent charge to my account. Stay away!

We were greeted by a girl, when we were ready she helped us. She was friendly and attentive to the drink order. I bought merchandise, and our drinks were out at a reasonable amount of time and tasted in the range of " Normal ". Overall, good experience. 4:30pm 10/20/24

Extremely disappointed. I work across the street from Starbucks and needed a coffee. I paid $13 for two medium Grande coffees. My daughter was driving and the lid wasn't on correctly and it spilled all over the car and herself. Waste of money. ? Gonna be a long night

Starbucks is the best here for your coffee. And to wake up fresh and feeling like a new person. You will not be disappointed by the quality of the company. Employee may vary.but company keeps up with good choices . Prices are high but it's quality so what do you expect. if the food is good is great if it's okay it's bad. So stick with the drinks but if you do get food you get it at 100% or 0% no middle. But the drinks also will be re made in my experience if they aren't good so they can never go wrong. The food I never tried to get a refund or redo on it cause I ate it already so idk how that would work but the drinks will always be made fresh and to your likely. Thanks for reading is review

I ordered a Trenta pink drink before they closed & when it was delivered I noticed it was very light pink, more than normal. It tasted like flavored water. There is supposed to be two strawberries and there wasn’t even close to probably one strawberry even. A couple days before this I went inside with my daughter and we stood there for a few minutes & employees just kept walking right by us.

20+ minutes in drive thru. Didn't have the extra pieces I asked for. Out of the mango dragon fruit drink :(. Called to inquire about my order and seemed as if I annoyed the person answering the phone.
