I ordered a Trenta pink drink before they closed & when it was delivered I noticed it was very light pink, more than normal. It tasted like flavored water. There is supposed to be two strawberries and there wasn’t even close to probably one strawberry even. A couple days before this I went inside with my daughter and we stood there for a few minutes & employees just kept walking right by us.

20+ minutes in drive thru. Didn't have the extra pieces I asked for. Out of the mango dragon fruit drink :(. Called to inquire about my order and seemed as if I annoyed the person answering the phone.

Ordered 2 caramel macchiato’s for us to have on the way home- unfortunately they tasted like hot milk with a hint of caramel. Very disappointing as this is usually our Starbucks of choice. We live 50 minutes away- lesson learned try drink before leaving drive up. ?

Absolutely the worst service ever! I stood at the register with no acknowledgment! Rude employees. If you don’t like your job there are a lot of people looking, I included. And at-least I’m pleasant. Yet another example to shop local.I’ve since gone to Recharge Coffee (which is a local coffee shop in this area! My coffee was a dollar cheaper, service was impeccable and my coffee was better than any dirty chai I have ever gotten from starbies! Take your corporate franchisees and kick rocks!

Drive thru the iced coffee tasted old or off paid with the app the girl handed me the wrong drink at first then gave me my 2 iced coffees with white Mochha and they just tasted old or not made correctly very disappointed as I spent almost 13 dollars!

This location needs major help. They are always super backed up every time I'm waiting a half hour for mobile orders. I've actually had to cancel an order after waiting over 20 minutes because what should have been plenty time to stop and grab a cup of coffee was going to make me late. I barely received a sorry and not even an offer to get my order done quickly. It could have been done by the time the cancellation and return was made. It is also VERY dirty in there at all times.

I ordered a chi latte through the drive-thru, I waited a decent amount of time for my order however that is not the issue; I understand it was rush hour, no big deal. What concerned me was while waiting for my latte I saw an employee pour milk into a cup that honestly was so chunky I don't think it could be considered milk anymore. She had a look of concern on her face, glanced at me, and continued to make the drink with said expired milk and hand it to the unaware customer. I decided it was best to leave as I know my latte came with milk and was concerned this milk may have been in my drink as well. I have never left a bad google review but this pushed me to make my first!

They're always friendly and quick with service, especially given how much traffic comes to this location. During busy hours such as lunch, I would recommend pre-ordering through the app!

I came during a peak rush time today with my family to grab a drink. I was really saddened to see how the employees are treated by customers. Leaning over counters yelling and expressing how their order has been put in for 20+ minutes… lady you walked in 5 minutes ago and was immediately asked for your name so calm down. The employees though remained un-bothered and still smiled. With only 4 workers you guys handled both the drive through and customers in store all with a smile. Thank you! I know you guys don’t get it enough.

I get the same thing every time morning crew is consistent and makes my drink perfect but every time I go after 12pm it taste like bitter water and I get a frappe. I asked for a remake and it was still just as terrible not sure if it was someone’s first day or if they just don’t care but definitely will reserve my business for the morning so I know my drink will taste right

I’ve been here 2xs recently and my mango dragonfruit drink hasn’t tasted right. They aren’t adding enough flavor to their ventis. My bf coffee was also not correct. I’ll stay going to the other location.
