My burger was very good and i understand we went on new years and it was probably hectic but i asked if i could get a cup of chili they said yes and charged us for it but we did not get it. We went over what i wanted in the chili and everything.

Every time me and my family (of 7) have gone here we’ve had such a great experience! Tonight my family and I had issues with the kiosk and one of the workers names Christine went above and beyond to help us and figure it out. Checked on us multiple times and another worker even went as far as to make me a whole new shake because I received the wrong size. 10/10 on the employees and the whole experience.

Ordered via doordash and paid for direct delivery so my food would be hot and fresh. Fries were VERY old. I work in fast food and I know for sure these timed out a long time ago. Nowhere close to fresh. For the price I'm paying, I would at least expect fresh food (or at the very least, food not past its hold time).

I am writing to share my recent experience at the Steak ’n Shake in Bradley. Unfortunately, my visit was extremely disappointing due to the way I was treated by both the staff and the manager on duty. After placing an order online, I arrived at the restaurant early and politely asked if I could be accommodated. Instead of receiving a simple answer, I was met with rudeness, disrespect, and even threats from employees. One female staff member even remarked, “I’m going to get paid the same no matter what,” which I found highly unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with courtesy, not hostility. What the employees at this location fail to recognize is that without customers, there is no business — and no paychecks. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was unacceptable. I also attempted to cancel my order through the mobile app but could not find an option to do so, which added to my frustration. Ultimately, this experience has left me with no desire to ever return to this location, and I will not be spending my hard-earned money at this establishment. This is a picture of the employee that was the rudest. #steakandshake
Old schools 1950s era! Loved that! They moved from the traditional waiter they used to have to kiosks:(. The soft drink machine you have to scan your receipt to activate it (then you can only get 1 refill). The food was good, but took a long time to make…. Then we ordered 3 milkshakes to go and waited nearly 20 minutes for them to be done……

Not a fan of the new layout. The new style of their service sucks. The fountain soda machine has a scanner to get drinks and the atmosphere is sub par. #BringBackTheOldSteaknshake
Hit or miss mostly a miss. They serve plenty of attitude for sure. Be sure to check the order after you place it yourself
The customer service at the ordering machine is always great. The food however, always come out incorrectly no matter how many times I repeat it. Medium onion ring was fresh and delicious...but more like a small! I'll be on another hiatus from this location for a while.

We were walk ins and we while we didn’t get greeted right off the bat by employees (later on who I assume is the new manager did greet us) I feel like they’re doing a much better job here. There’s still room for improvement, but compared to before, this is so much better

I haven't been to this location in quite some years. I went inside with a friend, place was clean and food was good. You order at a touchscreen kiosk type of deal with slightly confusing navigation. Staff was friendly and service was pretty quick. The cheese fries are still soooooo yummy.

Drive through. Wait was long. Food was not very good. The hamburger was so thin 1/8” and dropped over the bun, very little cheese and taste was terrible. The milkshake had over 1/3 whipped cream and the ice cream had lumps in it.
