I guess I'm done picking up my orders. I made a pick up order I asked for.. American Cheese , Lettuce , Cucumbers , Pickles , Banana Peppers , Regular Mayonnaise , Black Pepper , Salt. Instead the put a ton of lettuce and tomatoes it's so dry I can't eat it. No cheese either. What is the point of taking customized orders if they are going to put whatever they want on it. Not even close to what I ordered.

Placed a mobile order for an oven roasted turkey. My sandwich has no turkey on it. Also requested less mustard and the sandwich is soaked in mustard. AND is was not toasted. Pretty ridiculous.

Twice in the last month I went in to place an order and was not successful! Today I placed an order with Kendel she was quick and friendly. But then the wait started the cashier had a twenty dollar bill in her hand while a guy walked in and out four times while myself and another customer waited and waited and waited no movement whatsoever. I told Kendel I couldn’t wait any longer as I was working. I’m still trying to figure out why I went back after being ignored the first time. I’m done going to Culver’s across the street!

Very clean, very fast, food is fresh, service is great, staff is friendly! I have used them to cater a party before as well and the food is amazing!
Attempted to try the new pretzel and they were both burnt and hard as a rock. I was told by the manager that it is made to eat right away. Even if we would have eaten in the restaurant you can't reverse burnt. The manger did not even offer to replace them just the he was going to check the tempature on the oven setting. Please save your money and do not order the pretzel.
