I want to say thank you to the staff tonight, they're awesome! The lady taking my order was very friendly and helpful. The 2 guys at the window were great! I had an issue with my order they took care of it right away without hesitation. They were friendly and very understanding. Thank you again all 3 of you!! I wish I would have gotten their names they really need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service.
I rarely eat fast food anymore but I had a a craving! I was so excited to smash on some delicious tbell but when I opened my food, I could tell they were pre made and just sitting. The taco shells were soggy, doritos taco crunched up shell and soggy, nothing was hot fresh. Very bummed. Staff in the drive-thru were friendly but didn't add any hotsauce in the bag that I asked for and no napkins either.
This store is 10 times better than the one in kankakee. Kankakee store most of the time I order chicken melts or chulpa the chicken is dried out so bad you can't chew it. Most of the time, you buy cup nacho cheese. your lucky if you get a tablespoon full. Won't go to the kankakee store anymore. They owed me a chicken chulpa c2 chicken melts. When I went to collect them, they said its been over a month, and the lady no longer worked there.The lady I was with order and guess what she got a salad and the some of the chicken was dried out.
