go to taco bell ask for 3 nacho fries gets back home 1. they aren’t even full 2.they have no nacho dust on the and then i hate the fact im in the drive thru and they make me pull to the front by the doors so there wait time isn’t as long as the rest of the taco bell’s around town

The nighttime manager that was working 12/19/25 at 7:30 at night is a disgustingly rude person me and my family came in and we order at the kiosk and when we went to pay the kiosk kept declining our cards we tried 3 cards (all had money on them) and they all wouldn't work so they moved us to the register at the counter and the cashier was very nice and tried to help us but the register also kept declining so the cashier had the manager come up and she was rude to us and her cashier, and didn't even try to fix the register and pretty much called my sister stupid and broke then she yelled at us to just use cash. She is a sorry excuse for a manager and we will not be returning.

Not sure if the owner or operator is aware of this, but the employees are closing the store way earlier than the closing time and hiding. I came On December 12 at 1:35am and they were already closed, I pulled to the window to see if anyone was there and honked to possibly get someones attention. It appeared to be no one there but when I pulled a little bit more foward to see more into the store and there was an I seen an employee standing off to the side waiting until I pulled off ao he wouldn’t have to help me. The closing times listed says 2:00pm. Now I just wasted my time and gas for NOTHING!! I will be going back to the store during the day time to file a complaint because if you close at 1:30am have that listed and not 2:00pm

Went there the other day at 10:30 at night. They was out of ground beef… Everything I asked for she told me it would be a up charge. It’s not my fault. You guys ran out of ground beef and charging everybody a up charge now $25 for four tacos unbelievable.

The staff was snarky with us when we asked for the sauce that was supposed to be added to our tacos. It wasn’t on my friends taco and she added & paid for it via the kiosk. When she went up to ask for it, I mentioned that I also added it to mine. The back of the house made several sarcastic comments loud enough for us to hear about it. If you’re going to talk about the customers, just do it quietly. We weren’t rude when we asked for the 50 cent sauces!

Remembering Abandoned Midwest
Yknow... I usually don't have much a problem here at this location. But today really took the cake. Ordered 2 meals, and some nachos. Waited nearly a half an hour for the little bit of food we ordered while everyone who ordered twice as much continued to get there food within 5 minutes. We finally got our food and all of it was ice cold and not even enjoyable. I seemed to have gotten handfuls of tomatoes and lettuce despite asking for light on it. My fathers tacos had almost no sour cream, unless it's microscopic now. Honestly not sure if I would come back again. Highly unenjoyable today. Very disappointed. Paid 40 dollars for the pity party you guys called a meal.
Don't waste your time at this one. Either the intercom doesn't work or the employee can't hear. Ordered two grilled cheese burritos like we always do, never even knew that they made them with steak these days. We asked for chipotle on the side not on the burrito and didn't get that. Most likely also put the chipotle on the burrito still because it was tasting spicy. Then I noticed there was steak instead of beef so I pulled back around only to be argued with, insisting that I had said steak. I didn't even know they made them with steak now ..so how could I order something that I don't eat and I didn't know they made?! Never got an apology before he finally offered to remake them which at that point, I just wanted a refund.. since he was so unfriendly. Also said there you go when he handed me the food never said thank you or have a good night. Nothing! Pulled up to the window, heard him yelling inside, they took the food back through the window & I got my refund, and she also never offered an apology for THEIR mistake.Horrible service! Waste of time!

It's taco bell so it's not fine dining but they've got a good crew, especially at night. Quick and friendly and my food is never just slapped together
For one I don't have a credit card and don't carry a debit card. When you have a sign that says please use kiosk and takes 10 minutes to get a person to register is bullshit. Either have a register person in place or don't offer dine in.
