Incredibly disappointed. My cake was created on my arrival. 10am was pickup time I arrived a little after noon. Ordered three days beforehand. Absolutely terrible experience. very unprofessional. Not frosted all the way, splotchy and evident. I added pearls to help it. not to mention, cracked on my way. Don’t get cakes here…thats all

Waited 15 minutes at the bakery to order my son’s graduation cake and they said you have to do it online now so I went online and the “custom” graduation cakes online are not the same from the sample pics in the store catalog! They only have like 3 or 4 graduation cakes to choose from online! I ordered at Meijer’s instead and I can pay in store at pick up, also Meijer’s has a better variety!
