We went here Saturday. I had heard they had new help and the place was turning around. The wait was long but we were patient. The drive thru was extremely busy. Not many people inside. The back of the house had 4 people working which is the most I've seen around there. The main lady is stressed out. She's running back and forth. I understand she's only one person they need a few more helpers. Food was ok. Burger was really dry. Chicken and ffs were good. My only complaint is when we sat down to eat all we heard was the back of the house complaining. It's very unprofessional. We understand times are hard and You're only one person. If you don't like your job find another one. We didn't feel comfortable eating here we felt like we were imposing. I don't think we will be back. At least until they can get more employees. I feel like a lot of fast food chains are drowning right now and Wendy's has joined the list. Good luck Wendy's.

Tired of making mobile orders just to drive to the store and be told they have no order. Has happened multiple times.. feels like I'm being punished for using their mobile app. Charged for the food but left with nothing.

I regularly come to this location since it's close to my apartment. I order on the app and pick up inside. Being a single parent with 2 boys there's some days it's easier to order some biggie bags on the go.

Everytime I order a sour cream and chives potato from Bourbonnais Wendy’s it’s always dried out and over cooked I never get any butter or sour cream or salt

The food is both excellent quality, fresh, and inexpensive, the service is good and the interior and restrooms are always clean and comfortable the drink machine comes with dozens of choices, I find it difficult to find any faults with this Wendy's!

Wife and I ordered 2 double stack $6 Biggie bags one with iced tea the other with a medium chocolate Frosty and were told no ice tea so I said okay we'll take another medium Frosty tells me the total is $11.35. Get to the window and i said it should be more than$11 for 2 $6 Biggie bags and proceeds to tell me they don't have Frosty's either. Told them to keep their burgers and we would go elsewhere. So we left. Won't be back and that used to be our favorite store for price and value. No more

Hands down the cleanest, most well run fast food establishment we have ever visited. The manager happened to be sitting behind us doing paperwork. When we finished eating, I asked if he was, in fact, the manager, which he confirmed. I told him what our impressions of the facility were, in addition to complimenting every one of the staff. He thanked me and, as I waited for my wife, watched him walk straight back and give his employees the kudos they deserved. They say management makes or breaks businesses. Unfortunately I did not get the man's name, but he is doing a fantastic job!

I came with my 6 kids after football ? today . I ordered and there were 2 people on the monitor in drive thru . They didn't seem to have it together . After being done with order I asked at window if I could add a biggie bag . The guy said no , and that I would have to go back around and order or go inside . Im like , dude i have 6 small kids Im not going inside . Can u ask a manager to just add it I've done it a million times . He walks away for 10 sec and says no we can't . Im like seriously ? There is no one behind me just place a new order and he said , " look I already told u that you can't " so I drove off .. super rude , and so inconvenient.

Went here on break and they gave me the wrong food. I went in and talked with the guy up front (super nice by the way) who referred the manager Gabby to me. She said I had to wait and she wasn’t going to refund my card. She was super rude and then proceeded to hide around the corner as the cooks made me what I ordered. They told me it would take 5 more mins in the fryer to be done and instead took less than 1 minute- weird. I didn’t want to chance anything and eat undercooked food, but take your own risks I guess. I’d avoid coming here.
