Drove to the Bradley location for lunch the other day 15 minutes. Literally waited 40 minutes for my order, had to drive 15 minutes back. with an hour lunch break, never again. !!!!
Twice I heard the young lady behind the counter. Tell the manager he’s been waiting a long time, and both times the manager responded don’t worry about it…..
When I pulled up to the first window where payments are made, the girl told me that the lady in front of me had paid for my order. She poked her head out of her car window and told me to have a nice day. I thanked her with tears in my eyes, because I’ve been going through a rough time the last few months.
