Horrible. This place needs to be shut down! Any 5 star reviews on this place have to be fake. The entire place is FILTHY. There was a vomit looking smoothie spilled on the counter and a soft drink spilled on the floor. There was food all over the counter in the back. The garbage in the back was overflowing and on the floor. All the tables were dirty. No one made ANY effort to clean anything. I did not eat the food here after seeing the unsanitary conditions.

Place is disgusting. asmongold has better hygiene. Spills all over the floor both In the place to eat and where they make the food. It's a disaster zone. Food was just as bad. First fry I went to eat had hair in it. Got a refund and left. Absolute Health code violation

this is my hometown white castle okay, lol. i don’t have white castle in california and i get so excited for this every time i visit!! but what a let down every time & it’s always the SERVICE!! i don’t know what’s happening at this store in particular but it’s terrible. from drive thru to door dash orders.. maybe the moral needs to get boosted?? sheesh idk but the employees are miserable and/or stoned. i work in the service industry and dont care about much because i get it but someone please see this and talk to your team. 🙏

Short staff, could not take a simple order.. 4 items and they got that wrong.. worst white castle ever. My sloppy joes were cold room temp.. 😩 so sad and they screwed up what type It's sad that the white castles in detroit never screw up like this.

I ordered DoorDash at 2:30am. My dasher had to wait 30 minutes for my order so he decided to leave my order. Another dasher took my order immediately after and got to the store right away and she had to wait another 40 minutes!! She let me know she finally got my order from White Castle & was on her way. It was wrapped in tamper proof bag. When I opened my food it was cold! Bags were ripped, there was like 5 fries in each fry container. Sliders were cold!

Food was fresh and tasted great too Sanaya grant had a very wonderful and helpful personality and was very professional I think she deserves a raise!!
(2:45pm) The food was…passable. The lettuce looked weird so I took it out of my slider and I lost my appetite. The workers didn’t seem to care much about their jobs. I expected more from a White Castle in Bradly. The ghetto ones look a bit better than this one unfortunately
