Food was good. We got a sack of ten with cheese, a $5 deal thing (it came with two 1921 burgers (wanted no onions) and it came with fries)and two drinks. The 1921 burgers were really dry and was missing the cheese and pickles ( wouldn't recommend them) but every thing else was delicious

They sold me cold burgers. Tasted like something they'd give you at a low-budget grade school lunch room. We used to call them choke sandwiches. How hard can it be to start a fire? Not even that, all you have to do is push a button to turn a grill on. Apparently, that's rocket science.

I couldn't wait to get another taste of these sliders since we don't have an white castle. I watched as the sliders came off the grill but the sliders were cold/warm the cheese wasn't even melted so that'll be my last time visiting. I did receive good service from the workers they made sure to bag everything correctly and everything was in our bags, the main reason for the 3 stars.
Made a reservation for Valentine's Day, as it is now an eight year tradition. Reservation was at 5:30, we arrived at 5:15. Our drink order was taken and delivered, our food order was placed. We ordered two cheeseburgers, two Panko, fish sandwiches, One medium fish, nibblers, one order of fries. We watched numerous other tables come in and be filled, orders, taken, and food delivered. After 30 minutes, our waitress came over and said that our order would be the next one up. After 45 minutes, I went to the counter and asked where our food was. I was told our order should be up next. After watching people come in after us, place their orders, get their food, eat it, and eat, we waited for another 10 minutes. Our food never showed up, and we left. Will never, ever go to this location ever again. It has gone downhill in the last two years. They either need an entire new staff, or just close it. This is not up to white Castle standards.

We've been going to the White Castle Valentine dinner for years and it is always an enjoyable, if a bit silly, experience. The food was fresh, the servers were attentive and they had the restaurant wonderfully decorated. I recommend anyone try it out if their SO enjoys a bit a schmaltz in their Valentine's day.
