Waited 20 minutes after time quoted for curbside pickup. I went in and when I asked about my order they brought to me immediately and it was cold. Even better when we got the food home the chicken was undercooked. Management was totally uninterested in any of this. No apology for my wait.

I would give it a zero but we had a party of 9. The place was empty took 10 mins to seat us, floor was gross. We got seated waited for 15 minutes no service we left!.
I see why Applebee's can't stay open. SAD

Our church group came in early on a Saturday morning to do a pancake fundraiser. We were warmly greeted by Edith. With was so kind and welcoming and very excited to be there for us so early. Liz was also very kind, only ever smiled, showed us around and made sure we got the ins and outs of the restaurant. From the beginning to the end, Applebee's staff is what made this an enjoyable first ever fundraiser experience! Food was delicious and prompt. Staff was eager to help and treated us all with such kindness. If you're looking for a fundraising opportunity this one is a no brainer! Applebees provides EVERYTHING, cooks, food, drinks, dinnerware, clean up, EVERYTHING! We will definitely be back as a group! Thank you Liz and Edith for helping us raise money for our Kids Ministry!

Kid-friendliness: For our event, the kids were very much taken care of!

The pos system went down multiple times during our visit. We waited for about 30 minutes (combined) for the server to give us our bill, then she went to every computer before asking if we had cash. After asking for cash and us not having any (let alone enough for dinner on hand) the machines magically started working again.

Thanks for the reminder why I don't visit Applebee's!!

Our server Lezlie was amazing, prompt and very friendly. The food was awesome, I had the quesadilla burger, perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The GM Liz stopped by to make sure everything was good. Overall great experience and will be back!

Outstanding! We started with a huge plate of tasty nachos, they sure didn't skimp on the toppings. Then we got the big meal deal, $9.99 for a bacon cheeseburger or a big cluckin' chicken sandwich, both with unlimited fries and drinks.
Food was hot and fresh. It actually looked exactly like on the TV commercial! Both were moist and cooked just right.
Our waitress, Emma, did a terrific job. She was attentive without hovering.
Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

First time trying the Chicken Cluckin sandwhich and I’d have to say it’s a lot better than some of the competitors! I mean their advertising isn’t false at all! I’d highly recommend to my construction workers as I’ll be back for the lunch specials! Also, for them to wrap the sandwiches in tin foil to stay warm as I come from a drive from the job site!

This was my first visit to Applebee's and I was not disappointed. Gluten-free options available. Items are marked gluten sensitive on the menu. I had the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp which was very good.

We visited Applebee's Grill and Bar in Bradley on a bitterly cold day with -14 degrees Celsius (6 Fahrenheit) outside. The spacious parking lot was as expected, and the typical Applebee's atmosphere seemed to welcome us at first - but unfortunately our visit was quickly overshadowed by a series of unfortunate circumstances.

Atmosphere and temperature: When we entered the restaurant, we noticed that it was almost empty - there were only two other guests there besides us. At first we didn't think anything of it, but after a few minutes we realized why: the heater wasn't able to warm the interior sufficiently. The temperature was between 12 - 14 degrees Celsius (57 Fahrenheit), which is just too cold to hang out and eat. We would have liked a pleasantly warm environment, especially after the icy cold outside. Instead we sat in our jackets and were cold. What was notable was that the staff were also sitting at a table wearing jackets, which didn't seem very inviting to us as guests.

Service and organization: The service was friendly, but unfortunately not particularly attentive. We had ordered an appetizer and two main courses for three people and expressly stated that we would like everything served at the same time. Nevertheless, the appetizer was brought first and the main courses arrived five minutes later. Little things like this can spoil the dining experience, as it is simply nicer when everyone can eat together.

Food: The food itself was the usual Applebee's quality: tasty, flavorful and plentiful. Unfortunately, due to the cold in the restaurant, the food got cold very quickly - around half of the French fries were already lukewarm or cold when eaten. That was a shame, as the actual potential of the dishes was not fully demonstrated.

Conclusion: A restaurant of this size and in a location with such cold winters should be better prepared for these temperatures. This visit showed us that an empty guest room often has a reason - we will probably pay more attention to this in the future. The mixture of cold, uninviting behavior of the staff and the organizational weaknesses left us with a rather disappointing impression, although the taste of the food was convincing.

Tip: If it is bitterly cold outside, we recommend checking whether the restaurant is busy before visiting - this is often an indicator of pleasant conditions there.

Party of 4 adults & 4 kids. Alfredo was dry. Chicken burgers were tough. Service was minimal. Prices are reasonable. Alcoholic beverage ok. Chatty spot for extroverted individuals.
