Would I go back to that Arby's probably not it was very unpleasant to sit there and eat when you have the manager or another co-worker screaming at other coworkers I confront her about it she said I was talking loud well I did not like that and she laughed about it and wouldn't do nothing about it so I probably won't go back

Do better Arbys. These are nuggets, not tenders. Your food is not cheap. Prices up and shrinking the product. The employees were cheerful and the rest was decent.

Watched our sauce be dropped on the ground and then picked up and be put back into the bag ontop of our fries and other food. When asked for a different sauce no apology was given. Also seen workers eating food while working the drive through.

I give no stars if I could. Penny at the counter has no customer service skills. She seemed like she would rather not be there. I received no greeting when I walked up to the counter. I said hello and still no response from Penny, I waited for her to ask what I would like, then ordered my lunch. She never said the total and then just turned around to face the back before walking away while I was still trying to pay for my food. I ordered a large jamocha shake and was given a vanilla shake with a little chocolate drizzle on top she set it down on the counter and walked away. I asked her if that was jamocha (because clearly its not) and she said yes as she was still walking away.. The shake is in fact not Jamocha but Vanilla. I will just go to the Bourbonnais location from now on.

Just had a great experience. Went in to pick up mobile order. At first they didn’t think they got it. Then bam. It was ready with a few moments. Thank you I’ll be back for sure.

The Bradley Arby's is actually really nice. Our server's name was Payton K. and she was so sweet. I don't really ever go to Arby's, but my girlfriend likes those potato cakes (back for a limited time) so...those things were delicious. Place is clean and food was surprisingly good.

I just left from there and I’m highly pissed!! First of all the wait time was terrible just for me to order 2 sliders and only got 1 but them I open my slider and there is NO MEAT!! I’m so annoyed

It's very tasty, but getting almost too expensive to be feasible. Maybe all fast food places are as expensive. Arby's is the only one I'll still eat at.
