The service was nice. The food was atrocious. The place was super old but not in terrible condition. Just older. And that’s okay. But the food was not what Arby’s normally is. The curly fries were all C’s the crinkle fries were lack luster. The aju for the French dip was as thick as gravy. And the cheddar in the beef and cheddar was somehow sweet. But the people were nice and fast.

Went through the drive through on my break. Ordered two classic roast beer's with a regular bun and no red sauce. On top of waiting close to 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order. Once i got to the window I asked the lady to make sure it was classic roast beefs with regular bun and no red sauce. She confirmed it was correct once i got to work i opened a sandwich and there was no cheddar sauce. Whoever was making sandwiches should read the screen carefully. I also suggest if you order your sandwiches a certain way not to go to this Arby's.

Would I go back to that Arby's probably not it was very unpleasant to sit there and eat when you have the manager or another co-worker screaming at other coworkers I confront her about it she said I was talking loud well I did not like that and she laughed about it and wouldn't do nothing about it so I probably won't go back

Do better Arbys. These are nuggets, not tenders. Your food is not cheap. Prices up and shrinking the product. The employees were cheerful and the rest was decent.
Watched our sauce be dropped on the ground and then picked up and be put back into the bag ontop of our fries and other food. When asked for a different sauce no apology was given. Also seen workers eating food while working the drive through.

I give no stars if I could. Penny at the counter has no customer service skills. She seemed like she would rather not be there. I received no greeting when I walked up to the counter. I said hello and still no response from Penny, I waited for her to ask what I would like, then ordered my lunch. She never said the total and then just turned around to face the back before walking away while I was still trying to pay for my food. I ordered a large jamocha shake and was given a vanilla shake with a little chocolate drizzle on top she set it down on the counter and walked away. I asked her if that was jamocha (because clearly its not) and she said yes as she was still walking away.. The shake is in fact not Jamocha but Vanilla. I will just go to the Bourbonnais location from now on.

Excellent service from the drive thru, wished the sandwiches were Hot & not like warm. We still will be back, they Must have had an off day or something.
Just had a great experience. Went in to pick up mobile order. At first they didn’t think they got it. Then bam. It was ready with a few moments. Thank you I’ll be back for sure.
This drive through is a well oiled machine. I've never waited a long time in the drive through. They got you covered. 10 out of 10
