It was a 20 minute wait at 8pm when i was the second car in line. Sandwich looked like a toddler made it and they got my fry order wrong. Waste of $13 dollars. I won't be back!

This place is downright cavernous for a fast food place. It can easily seat 100 people. Ordering on the app was easy. The food was good but the portions were small for the price in some cases (e.g, $4.19 for a small shake), leading us to question our ROI. But everything was warm and tasty. Muzak could be a little softer. Decent experience though — being picky because of the price.

Food was cold. Walked inside to order. Couldn't see drive-up menu board cause of sun glare. Waited a lengthy time for my order to be taken. Other employees standing there doing nothing, but unable to take my order. No other customers at counter. Got 2 Classic Roast Beef, 1 med crinkle fries and 1 med lemonade and order was approx $17.50! Food and service unacceptable for what I paid.

The service was nice. The food was atrocious. The place was super old but not in terrible condition. Just older. And that’s okay. But the food was not what Arby’s normally is. The curly fries were all C’s the crinkle fries were lack luster. The aju for the French dip was as thick as gravy. And the cheddar in the beef and cheddar was somehow sweet. But the people were nice and fast.
