Ordered a market salad. Got it home and even though it was labeled “Market Salad”, it was a SW Salad. Called Customer Care. They don’t.

Ordered a sandwich charged for meal. Got meal was cold cheese not melted. Sent back they put under light to melt cheese but chicken still cold. Sent back again this time was warm but Sandwich was not made correct to order. Just gave up. Over 30 min wait

This is by far the slowest chick-fil-a I've ever been too. There's two drive through lanes that aren't utilized. No matter how many cars are in the drive thru, you are at least waiting 10- 20 min for your food

The Bradley location isn't my favorite. Did a mobile order, they forgot my fork, I had to yell accross to the lady for her to please bring me one. Then when I got home I realized they had given me the wrong sauce. Everyone knows the sauce is what makes it good. I was so disappointed to pay $16 for a now not so good sandwich and side. What a waste of $.

The food was extremely expensive for what I received. I'm not sure how they get away with calling their minture pieces of chicken, tenders - litterally the size of two chicken nuggets. I ended up buying another chicken sandwich to fill up, and by the time I had left, I had spent $17. I've never understood the hype with this place. It's overrated. I hope this is helpful. My pleasure.

Slow service. Tried to charge me twice because there was a disconnect b/t drive thru staff and window staff. Claimed there was no payment “because the drive thru card reader wasn’t working”. It Wasn’t until I pulled up my card app to show the payment did In fact get processed that The manager was able to miraculously give me a receipt. Luckily I checked my bag before leaving because otherwise I would have been eating my salad with my hands. -__- I could only imagine what service would be like during rush hour. Do better.

What's the fuss about? Went here for the first time recently and although it's good it's not the best. Almost like eating KFC. But I like KFC better. Service was good.

Went for breakfast in drive thru this morning around 8:30 (ordered in the app) took me 20 minutes to get my food with only one car in front of me. When i finally got the food my spicy chicken biscuit wrapping looked rushed and the hashbrowns were burnt , and the biscuit was hard i also ordered a lemonade that was filled with more ice then the actual drink itself.Usually have good experiences with this location but not this time
