This has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ve been 3 times since being back in town, and every time there has been 1-2 items missing from my order. The wait is atrocious every single time.

As always great food and friendly service. This time was a winner with cookies to decorate, kids craft, the Chick fil A Santa cow and team members playing and singing Christmas songs. They were fantastic! What a fun time in a good atmosphere. Silas devoured his delicious meal (celebrating his win in wrestling match) before photo op with Santa cow!!

Slowest Chick-fil-A I have EVER been to. Incredibly disappointed with the amount of time I’ve have to wait for my order, and scanned the mobile QR code multiple times to find that it was not even working. I had to yell across the regular drive-thru lane at an employee to even get my order scanned in! Would not recommend this location unless you’re looking to waste your time.

Love it....but seems like they are more focused on serving the drive thru than the dine in customers...1 at the cash register in front with a line and I couldn't even count them all in the drive thru area. But that seems the case everywhere...still love my Chic-fil-a!
I went to Chick-fil-A and said, give me some waffle fries. And they were delicious.

I was super disappointed to find out the pretzel cheddar club sandwich was seasonal and there are no longer any pretzel buns at Chick-fil-A!! I guess I'll wait till August of next year to come back when my sandwich is back on the menu! Btw..... I did NOT order something else, instead I left and brought my business elsewhere!

Great experience here at lunch today. Cashier was very friendly and inquired about our day. Didn't just take our order like many other fast good chains. Food was delivered to our table quickly by a friendly employee. Another employee checked in on us and took time to speak with my two girls before wishing us a great trip. In today's world of fast good, you're usually happy just to get your order right. This location actually made us feel welcome and appreciated for coming in. Would definitely visit again.

I was laughed at in the drive thru while taking my order and repeatedly laughed. It was very RUDE and no apologies just had to wait 10mins++ for a simple chicken sandwhich. Had to walk In then my food was ready asked for a store manager she didn’t say one word to me no apology nothing. I got a refund I won’t give my money to someone whose customer service is awful.
