Everything else was great, really cool place but we ordered a simple philly roll and at first they gave us a California roll, switched it to the philly roll and the salmon was really warm and just kinda gross. We let them know we didn't like it and they kept it on our bill. Bogus. Was excited to try this place bc they only have a couple locations in Illinois and greatly disappointed.

Best to just do take out. Service was horrible. I had ordered and received my food then a young couple came got served water and waited...I waited to get checked on nothin...they waited, I waited, we waited nothing. No one not even the hostess was around. I can hear them talking in the back though. The couple just walked out and I don't blame them. The waitress finally arrived told them they left and I was disappointed because of the bad service. Waitress tried to say she was in the back doing something and told her that not my concern, you have customers focus on that. As I walked out after paying with no tip I can hear her throwing the dishes around...SMH

Ramen was only ok because i think they may have over cooked the broth as it had a slightly off taste which made the noodles also have an off taste, everything else in the ramen was good. Their beef bun was soft spongy saucy and delicous, i do recommed having one. Service was attenitive and nice. Atmosphere was pretty and calming. Im willing to try this place one more time to see if it was just an off day

I got the California roll and the chicken Ramen. The California roll was pretty good, but the Ramen was very bland. There wasn’t any flavor at all. And quite expensive for a bowl of Ramen and there was not a lot of Ramen in it. Not sure I will be back.
