Ordered a tender meal with 2 extra biscuits and a large mashed potatoes and gravy. Drove all the way back to Saint Anne to find out no biscuit in the meal, no 2 extra biscuits and no gravy just potatoes. Tried to call the but the number is a fax machine. Drove all the way back to Bourbonnais and all they asked me was if I wanted a drink for having to drive back.
Very disappointed.
At 630p on a Friday night they ran out of chicken. How do they run out of chicken? All they sell is chicken.
The last 3 times I got chicken from here it was not hot or fresh. It looked and tasted like it was leftovers from lunch or the night before. It was not even room temperature. Tonight I ordered the 3 piece big box. There was only 2 pieces of chicken. I tried calling all night, even at 10:30pm and just get a busy signal. They don't want to deal with complaints so they leave the phone off the hook all the time. They know they are not doing things right. So I will never get credit...read full review
