Diner smells like trash 🗑! Manager there knows it does and refuses to fix the walk in freezer. Which is a major health violation. That place should be shut down

Today I received excellent service; the chicken was hot, crispy, and perfectly cooked. I'd also like to add that the service was very good and they served me very quickly while they were serving customers in their cars.

Service is really lacking. Arrived and wasn't greeted. Staff seemed too busy to take my order. Although I was in the store, it seemed faster for me to order online using app. Once app reported that my food was ready, went to the counter only to be told that it wasn't ready yet but will be right up. 5 minutes later, finally got my order. Total time in lobby: 15 minutes. I understand that it may have been busy, but lack of acknowledgement and shady reporting of readiness (probably to make their metrics look better than they are) just turns me off to this place.

Had some concerns and got to speak to the manager Skylar; I have never wanted to cry such happy tears in my life. She sympathized with me, compensated me, and honestly made whole pregnant night. I have never seen such a kind hearted manager with such a sweet heart!

I can’t speak to the food as I didn’t order, I just drove my friend through the line. However, the gentleman behind the microphone was named Jesse, and he was probably the nicest, most hospitable driver-the worker I have ever met. He was extremely patient and helpful, made sure to double check the order for accuracy, and most of all had the biggest smile and kindest heart while serving us. It really made my day infinitely better!!

Went back bc the chicken in my famous bowl was old. After calling 3 times with no answer. Then brought food back then dropped old ones down again so they were crispy. Insides were dry as a bone. Just wish they made it fresh. I said I would wait! Also sat at the window 5 mins. No one was in site. So I went back to the drive mic. Then they were available.

Says they are open till 10:30 and I went there at 10:14 and can not order because they are closed so I have to 1 star for not being able to have service. If you close at 10:15 then put 10:15 so I do not waste a trip
