Went to order the Nashville tenders and they said they could not do it but the day before they did ??? So I simply said that and she came at me with attitude to top it all of had chunks of hair in my food do not come here !!!!

Just picked up dinner for my family of 6. Food was delicious, we ordered a 16 piece family meal, and had plenty, for everyone. The restaurant was nice and clean, employees were very friendly and efficient.

I had made an online order, and it told me 4:45 for pick up. Now I understand they were busy with the dinner rush, but the people on the inside placing their order is just as important as drive thru. Meaning I didn't get serverd til 5:15 when someone finally came to the counter. Your food is always good, but you have to get better and doing both in and outside. And no, they weren't short staffed.

I ordered online. Order to be ready at 525pm. Not so more like 10 minutes later.. potatoes and Cole slaw fabulous. Chicken was hot, greasy, breading half cooked, biscuit was saturated from grease from chicken. Not the kfc quality I remember and expect.

Man, I worked here. Got fired after the manager refused to give me more than 1 day a week... Constantly saying they asked for something 20 minutes ago when they never asked in the first place, if you're looking somewhere to work id avoid this place
I was in line to the drive-thru and when I got up there they asked me what I ordered and then they said well sorry I didn't get the order you have to go back behind the line so I wasn't

Went through the drive-through at this location on 9/11/2023, and the gentleman working the drive-thru window was amazing. He was professional, friendly and repeated my order for verification. I've not always had the best experience at this location but this guy nailed it! Food was correct and hot. Outstanding service.
