Amazing food and friendly staff!

Food is good. Some things have light portions, others are small. Restaurant can use updating but the service is great.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. The food was excellent. It was not busy during lunch and I appreciated the quietness. Nice menu selections available. Worth noting two small items: they charge extra if you use your credit card and there are no free refills on drinks.

1st time coming here, we are moving from joliet to kankakee and saw these restaurant, great service, excellent food. We will be back once we are installed in our new home.

The lunch special was the most food I’ve ever seen on a plate. It was delicious, hot, and authentic.

Came in around 1:30 and we waited a few minutes for someone to come out of the back to greet us. There were no other customers in the restaurant. No big deal. Asked for chips and salsa, told we had to pay for them. I don't know many Mexican restaurants that charge for chips and salsa, but whatever. Finally got our order in and in the whole restaurant, the servers decided to sit two booths away and take phone calls, gossiping about whatever. Sounded like they were covering for someone else who worked there. All the time not checking if we needed refills on our drinks, more chips, whatever. Only other time we saw our waitress was when she delivered our food, which was mid at best. This was a one and done for me.

The food was nasty. No flavor or seasoning. Won't be going back. Never again.

Good service except my husband was handed my order and I was handed his. No big deal. Food was just ok. Not great. Ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and it was plain awful. No taste, no flavor. Left 3/4 of it there. Will stick to Pachanga & El Mexicano from now on

Vegetarian options: Can probably get most things just subtract meat

The manager is rude, arrogant and we will never go back because of him. Last week we paid for our drinks and left due to his ignorance.
