I don’t normally eat here simply because although tasty, the price of a grinder is ridiculous, but decided on a pizza for a change from my usual pizza go to’s. The pizza was over seasoned and undercooked sausage made me sick.

We went in on a Thursday night and ordered two grinders with fries, after sitting there for over 30 minutes the customer after us received his order. We went up to the front and were told they forgot to put our order in. They said they could give us a 15% discount. We waited another 20 minutes and finally our food came out. I had to return to the cashier- he charged me 2x for my meal instead of refunding me. The food wasn’t even that good and the service was HORRIBLE. I will never go back. Not to mention- the seating area was filthy. Food on the floors and left on tables. Multiple staff members walked by the mess and never cleaned it. Even the bathroom had garbage on the floors.

It was one of the worst dining experiences ever! I ordered 1 steak sandwhich to go, and I must've waited there for over 20 minutes, watching about 7 sandwiches go out after me. I finally ask what is taking so long, and the person grabs my sandwich out of their waiting bin. I don't know how long it was sitting there, but it sure was cold when I got home. I'm very upset, never leave reviews, but that was just insane how it was just sitting there without them calling my name. I don't know what they were thinking! When I did bite into it, there was either a piece of bone or a very hard tendon that almost messed my teeth up! All that said, I give 2 stars because that was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I just wish I got to try it when it was fresh..

This place has great food! They pride themselves with great service and it shows as well. I ordered online and they got my order slightly wrong. I called them and they offered to make me a complete new pizza. The pizza wasn't ready when I arrived, no big deal. They offered me a drink while I waited. I told them no thank you because you have already gone an extra mile and helped me out. I picked it up and everything was great! It's nice to see a place like this still care for their customers!

I can not get enough of their Cowboy Steak Grinder. It has absolutely everything I want in a sandwich, a nice crisp on the top and bottom while the bread is still fluffy and never soggy. They have giant bread logs that are the perfect side with their delicious pizza sauce.

As a longtime customer of Mancino's, I was largely disappointed with our last visit there. Full grinders are $21 each, and we purchased 4 between the four of us dinning. When the sandwiches made their way to our table, we couldn't believe how small the portions of meats (3 chicken and 1 steak). That's the last dollar you will see of mine. What a shame...
