I paid for a cake and cupcakes for my son’s birthday that were confirmed to be picked up on Sunday by whom took my order and payment. I wasn’t aware they didn’t do pick ups on Sunday until AFTER I paid for my order. I was told the DAY OF (after reaching out countless times) I had to wait until someone was there to pick up my order, which by then was too late for our party. I was refused a refund.

The counter person was listless and rude. Inquired about ordering for the weekend and got a dirty look and told needed 5 days for order.

They did our wedding cake and cupcakes, they were AMAZING! They delivered them when they said they would, and communication was amazing. Would recommend to anyone!

I ordered my daughter’s smash cake for this past weekend and it was absolutely adorable!

This is the second time I've used Nana's and I absolutely would recommend them. Their design was spot on to the inspiration phots I gave. The strawberry filling is delicious too! The only criticism was the employee who took my order not being as knowledgeable as I would have liked but I think it was just an one-off experience. Highly recommend!

I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday.
The frosting completely fell off. The cake looked like a mess and tasted funny. I purchased my wedding cake there years ago and it was amazing. Never again.

This place is AMAAAZZZING!!! I placed my order a couple weeks in advance and it was ready on time! No issues whatsoever. I had it personalized AND with no judgement, DONE! It was my 35th and I was very pleased with my red velvet black frosting cake! Services were the upmost the place was very clean with homey atmosphere. Nana’s also had on hand many varieties of cakes, cookies, pastries , muffins and cake pops! There New location much bigger and right around the way from their old location. Make your order !You will not be disappointed!

My cake was beautiful and delicious. I asked for cherry chip and then went over and above. The maraschino cherries were a nice surprise and got many compliments. Nana’s has always done me right. Worth the price. You want cheap, go to the store.

I recently purchased a 6 inch heart shaped cake for my adult daughter to celebrate her birthday from Nana's Cakery & Bake Shop. I ordered a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting which is her favorite. Up until I purchased this cake I didn't and wouldn't eat red velvet. I initially said to the order taker that I thought the cost was pricey for such a small cake. After cutting and tasting this heavenly dessert I can no longer say I don't eat red velvet cake. It is sinfully delicious ?

My fiancé and I arrived 5 minutes before our SCHEDULED appointment for a cake tasting, only to be welcomed 10 minutes later and informed our appointment was not confirmed. I scheduled this tasting back in November 2023 because my partner and I have very conflicting schedules. Alicia then blamed this “miscommunication” on someone who was filling in for her around this time that was going through her emails. As this is understandable, she knew that person was sending emails they shouldn’t have and did not do the proactive due diligence in reviewing all incoming and sent emails during that time. After explaining that I had intended to have a tasting, not a conversation regarding design, she informed us that not all cake flavors were available for the appointment that was supposed to be today! Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back because I cannot trust they will have my cake for my wedding day if they couldn’t get the tasting scheduled.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN - Sometimes they have these on stock but they are either gluten-free OR vegan. I called in and ordered some only 2 DAYS before my birthday and they were able to get them made on time. I got 6 vanilla & 6 chocolate with buttercream frosting. As someone with quite a few food allergies, I'm always nervous eating out because of cross-contamination, and NO ISSUES! My cupcakes were delicious, the cake and frosting are both great. I'm so happy I found somewhere in town that has vegan & gluten-free options together, because you can usually only find one or the other. I have recommended Nana's to anyone I know with food allergies because they are just so good. Thanks so much for the birthday cupcakes! I would leave photos but they are GONE :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely baked with love! I bought a variety to taste; lemon bar, banana cake slice with frosting, and a brownie. ALL like homemade and generous portions! Stop in, you will not be disappointed ?

Ordered a custom cake on short notice. Cake was everything I asked for. Made a giant twinkie for my son. People who saw it at the party asked if Hostess had made it. Kudos for entire staff.
