To be disappointed in my cupcake order is an understatement. I was charged almost $50 for the cupcakes below. I could’ve bought them from a grocery store if that is what I wanted. I told them that it was for my Moms 90th birthday. Don’t waste your money on this establishment.
Their bakery items are good! However if you want to get a custom cake, cookies, or even cupcakes I wouldn’t recommend. I ordered a cake from them for my wedding in 2023 and my husband and I decided to make it a tradition to order our wedding cake for our anniversary every year. They couldn’t even replicate their own cake they made…I provided them with a picture which they took a picture of. I shouldn’t have been surprised though because I had also placed an order for a cake for my sister for her birthday (provides a picture then too) and the cake I received looked nothing like the picture I provided.

I have ordered from Nana’s for years, up until now everything has been great. Last week I ordered a smash cake for my grandson’s birthday and when I went to pick it up on Saturday the shop was closed. I called and stopped by all day and never heard back. I was however charged for my order and had to cancel it in my credit card. I would be hesitant to place an order with them again.
I just ordered a cinnamon roll ,a maple flavor donut and a blueberry donut,all of them tested so good!!love it!!Best around the town!

I am so sad that Nana's Bakery & Cakes has gone so far down hill. I have been getting their cupcakes for so long for every occasion. When I went to pick up cookies for my sons wedding a couple weeks ago, and I'll mention they were not what I ordered but were delicious, there were no cupcakes in the display cases around 9:30am. It took three days of calling, leaving two messages with no return call to finally reach someone. I explained I wanted to come in Saturday to get cupcakes and wanted to know what time was the best. I was told they put the cupcakes out at 10:45, so I arrived at 10:35. The girl was talking on the phone for 10 mins not even acknowledging any customers waiting, so I proceeded to ask if the cupcakes would be coming out soon. She said they are out!!!!! There was hardly any and very few variates. Before they moved it was always busy and they had an awesome selection. I noticed the building is for sale. I can see them closing shortly for the decline of their customer service and lack of product. Truly sad, this used to be such an awesome bakery.

Got their decorated sugar cookies and a layered cake for an event and they were gorgeous! Everyone loved them, well baked and decorated. Communicated well and pick up easy and fast.

Horrible experience. Ordered a specific cake from them weeks ago. Go to pick.it up today and they don't have it. Claims never got order have proof they did put order in. Told be ready in 2 hours then get text they can't. Extremely disappointed in them

I placed an Easter Order- picked up the day before Easter. We are 4 out of 24 cookies and couldn’t actually eat them- they were raw. I took the rest back the next day- worker couldn’t give me a refund because I paid online. The worker agreed they were raw. I contacted them through email when I left that day. They responded two days later with saying they should be like that and offering a discount on a future order. I do not go there that often and asked for a refund. No response- sent a follow up no response this is now over two weeks and is unacceptable for a business. Look at the bad reviews on here all are mostly since these new owners took over. I’m disappointed and disgusted by a bakery that would treat customers like this. I have attached photos and a video. If I could give 0 stars I would at this point.

I used to love this place. Made multiple custom orders. Until I recently made an order I was refused a refund for because they thought I was picking up on Saturday and I wasn’t told I couldn’t pick up on Sunday (which is the day I needed my order for) that I was confirmed before payment was okay! After reaching out on Sunday multiple times I had to wait until someone was there 2 HOURS too late from time I needed to get my order so I COULD pick up, which was then too late for my party. I was never asked a time by anyone so they could assure they had a worker there to fulfill my order pick up. I was accused of this being my mistake. Ignored and brushed off after they RESOLD my order to make double the money they refused to give back to me.
