Oliver's Bar & Grill

We was treated very bad by a manager name Debbie. Granted one of the people at our table poured her drink in star foam cup Debbie walks up to our table tries to snatch her drink while she was drinking it. When the customer asked her please don’t do that she proceeded to run of saying well I will call the police.The customer went to the counter asking to speak to the manager to get a better understanding the waitress and other staff couldn’t find her for 20 minutes. Then she told the staff she will talk to us in the lobby we all walked out to the lobby to meet her after paying and tipping we walk outside and 4 police officers is pulling up. She lied and told the officer she asked us to leave and that’s never happened. Customers was walking up to the officers saying she owed the young lady an apology and that’s she never asked us to leave. We never said a word to us as a whole she ran off to call the cops. Also the staff stated she left them to deal with what she created and we did nothing wrong. She then told the officers she wanted us banned for life and we never did anything to her. We are hiring someone to look into this and videos to show her actions and hold her accountable. She also told the officers that we was young and obnoxious neither party at the table were young well over 40 to 50. This is my second time feeling a racial vibe from this location.

Messed up our wings then the phone order taker tried to say they remember what we said but we know for sure what we ordered. And she had a big attitude. Shouldn’t even be in contact with customers with that type of service. We all overheard the order smh

The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and had poor customer service. Never going back. Order was on 12/7.

Terrible phone service. Also got order wrong then tried to act like they remembered and were rude on the phone when we had several people that overheard the order smh

Terrible phone staff. Took our order messed it all up and then argued with me on the phone saying we were wrong and she was right. Never going back.

Luke is our favorite server. He is attentive and makes good recommendations. Skyler is great too. Food is on point and consistent.

New on the menu!!! Mac N Cheese with pork on a grilled Italian buttered Paninu. It was absolutely delicious with my COLD Blue Moon Beer. The sandwich was HUGE People. I only could eat half . Great customer service and the restaurant was spacious inside and clean. Seems like a lot of regulars eat here. Will see you for Breakdast. Thanks Oliver

The only place I go when in town from Cleveland for work... Hundreds of meals and never had a bad one... and always great..great place!

After my family and I were seated we were waiting 30 and no waitress came over and took our order for drinks or food. One of the staff asked us if we have been waited on and we said no. I assumed he was going to find someone to take our order and that never happened. We sat there and watched them taking orders from people that just walked in while we waited over half hour. We just got up and left. Very poor service and I will not be returning.

Stopped after a.football game for something.to.eat.with the family. Service was very good, food was good, and.watched preseason football on TV. Will definitely go back if.in the area.

Service was great and we were very pleased with the food! The cocktails, wings, soup of the day, burger, and Mac and cheese. Very pleasantly suprised by this place after stopping here on a whim.
