Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I was greeted because two employees telling stories and cussing out loud were to busy!

All the food was gone and none being remade.

Waiting for 20 minutes before I walked out empty handed!

This place needs a serious Mananger adjustment and the franchise owner should be ashamed. Which we all know they aren’t living it up off our money!

Oh yeah! They round up because they don’t accept Pennie’s!!

1 star! Bad service, rude and inattentive employees And food was OLD and barely any to choose from!

Store was clean and well staffed. The food was fresh and the servers all had a smile and a pleasant attitude as they worked through the lunch rush. None of this is what you find at a typical fast food chain restaurant, thank you to the management of this particular location.

Lucmar is always awesome always giving great welcome. Unfortunately food is more then normal either old or not ready! Last thing some people give you way more food than others I’ve walked out when certain people aren’t there! It’s already expensive and people counting my orange chicken SMH

Ehhh, nothing spectacular. But it’s definitely a good place to eat. It is a nice place to eat don’t get me wrong. But there are definitely places that are better than this. Employees were very kind and friendly. I’ll be generous and give them a good rating. This place is marvelous though. Just depends on what food you like

Lucmar needs to be the owner, he's been here almost 8 years he is the only reason we keep coming back cause his service is 100 stars, if he is not there when we pull up we litterly leave. The atmosphere is different when Lucmar is not there ❤️

The cashier was very rude first she ignores us then doesn’t give the change that was due it was about 10 dollars and when we asked for it she was very rude she had red hair in a bun with a bunch of pins on her uniform

The employees were very rude.My son had a free cub meal card and mind you my husband told them before he proceeded to order and after he order and was goin to pay they hit him with the whole total including the cub mean that was supposed to be free.But the employee told him it was too late and told them he could use another time and my husband said fine to take off everything or to just refund his money and they refused and told him they wouldn’t refund him and he either take the food or nothing.Theyvwere very rude and unprofessional about the situation and we have never been to this place and only reason we went was to take my son to get his free meal he earned at school.Worst experience and food wasn’t even what we had ordered

I went to pick up my bigger plate order which cost close to $20 and portions were so small. It was close to closing time and when i tried opening the door one of the workers came out and rudely said youre supposed to come through drive through to pick up like she wanted me to read her mind. It wasnt written anywhere. They had me wait 10 extra minutes to fill up a drink. Horrible customer service. The place is run by high school kids who do not show respect for anyone.

I have had bad luck or a bad experience in my last 2 visits, an excessive waiting time due to not having food ready that I like, the last time it took me more than half an hour waiting for the food when they told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes .
