Hair in my food. Was on my 30 minute lunch break! And they took my whole 30 mins complaining with me over it. Did not want to give me my money back. After they clearly saw the hair in it. They took it. Told me it might be a part of their brush. Either way it was something in my food that shoudnt of been in there. I will never come back to this location. The disrespect of Ralph the manager. When I showed him the transaction in my bank account and everything how much came out. The lady that checked me out stated that she would never come back either if she was me. And even admitted to checking me out not even 15 mins ago. This was a very bad experience to say so for myself.

1 ordered my food online and gave a time buffer for the food to be prepared. When I got to the restaurant to pick up the order I had to wait an extra 10+ minutes for my food. Only 2 to 3 cars in the drive thru and only another person was in the restaurant besides me. The manager or lead on floor was very nonchalant about fulfillment of my order. I saw that the pans were filled with food but I wasn't told if something has to be cooked fresh or anything. Way too much time to wait for a small portions like that.

This place has rude attendees who dont even accept the online orders until you come into the store and wait 15 to 30 minutes for your food and then on top of that its undercooked, we waited an hour for our food and it was still undercooked and when you try to call corporate you get put on a waiting line for them. I love going to panda in other towns but ive had at least 5 to 10 bad experiences at this one

Placed an online order and was given a pick of time of 15 minutes from the time I ordered. When I got there I went inside for them to tell me that they were out of fried rice and it would be 10 minutes before there would be more. Considered I placed my order more than 15 minutes ago at this point, I don't see why they didn't react to being low/out of rice and start making more when it was getting low. They asked me if I wanted to wait for the rice originally. I said yes, then the cook said 10 to 15 minutes. I was already waiting long enough at this time, so I just said to forget it. I'll take double noodles just so I could leave. No apology no nothing.

the fried rice smelled like dirty feet and tasted bad. Went back to get a refund and they refused. instead they gave me new fried rice that smelled even WORSE! I had to throw it out immediately. Do better. that was so nasty and it has never smelled like that before. Ruined my entire meal so F this place I will not be returning!

Been to this panda for years and I’ve never had a problem until today. The fried rice my guest and I received smelled absolutely disgusting. It smelled like someone stepped on it with dirty feet. It was nauseating. I went back and asked a for a refund. They said that was “not allowed”. Terrible customer service for spoiled food.
