Every. Single. Time. At this location something in my order is wrong. Wrong chicken pieces. Wrong sides. Wrong drinks. If something is supposed to be spicy, it isn't. If something isn't supposed to be spicy, it is. If you go through the drive-thru you literally have to sit there, take *everything* out, and have time to go back in so they can *hopefully* correct your order before you leave. Awful customer service!

Actually, it was my first time ever visiting Popeyes. There were no customers inside the store, and the drive-thru didn’t seem busy either. There was a female staff member cleaning the dining area—she was working efficiently even during downtime, which left a really good impression. The male staff at the counter greeted me right away and was also friendly to customers waiting for their to-go orders. He left a great impression too.
To be honest, I hadn’t really eaten fried chicken much before, but my honest reaction after trying it for the first time? It was amazing! Crispy coating on the outside, hot and juicy chicken on the inside. It was so filling that I didn’t feel hungry for the rest of the day. The next day, I already found myself craving it again—it’s dangerously delicious!

There was no communication about them not having thighs so they gave me 4 breast I don’t eat breast when I called she said when they don’t have the pieces of meat they replace them with other pieces it should of been some communication I would of just got legs and wings then when I told her about it she just kept repeating herself saying sorry not trying to accommodate about me getting my chicken it’s not fair and it was a manager I talked to also I’m not happy at all
Haven't been to this location in almost a year and will not be going back.....Why the hell would u put fries in a bag versus using the fry pouch it is suppose to hold your fries.Just threw in a bag who the hell does that.....The chicken sandwich was sloppy and not well put together...I will stick with the other location smh

We went thru the drive-thru tonight for supper and they accidently forgot a couple biscuits. We also found that some of our fries weren't as fresh as one of the small fries we had. We drove right back and they got us our fresh biscuits and even replaced our cold fries for fresh ones. I was very impressed with how quick they were to make it right and that does not go unnoticed! Great customer service!

Long waits even when not busy. Why am I parked for 25 minutes waiting for chicken tenders while the store is nearly empty. Staff always seems confused and untrained, and half the time by the time I get my food its cold.
