This is the second time I have gotten undercooked chicken still pink inside! First at the one on Rte 50 and this time on Kennedy. The chicken had no flavor, taste like plain flour coating, no spices or seasoning. I'm done with Popeyes!

It took me over 45 minutes to get my order that I ordered online they helped every person before I had to wake inside to get my order from the drive-thru this place sucks I would not remind them

I ordered online and went in to puck it up. Everything was great the people behind the counter spoke and was friendly and the young lady who waited on me was polite, fast and efficient. My chicken was perfectly cooked and hot. The biscuit was fluffy and delicious. I love when things goes as they should. I couldn't share a pic of how it looked I ate it too fast. ?

They need to close this place down or TRAIN their employees,first of all they act like they don't understand you when you are ordering,while waiting they put cooked fries in they bay to be served and the fries were cooked so long they took on the shape of the frying basket and they left the mold of fries right there for all the customers to see I waited for about 20 minutes BECAUSE they ran out of chicken breast, then they kept changing the time for the fresh chicken to come out as we were standing there WITH our receipt they kept asking did we order from the drive thru THERE WAS A PROBLEM with EVERY order while I was waiting we finally get our order and they gave us the smallest baby breast I've ever seen it shouldn't have even been in the batch of chicken to be cooked, the thigh was so small the two pieces were not even bigger than the drumstick the service sucks I tried to give the 3rd chance BUT NEVER AGAIN I WOULDN'T GO IN THERE FOR A CUP OF WATER, EVERY TIME I go there it's a problem I'm fed up so I'm posting this review because its NOT getting better poor management.

If I could give them zero start I would. I ordered the 3 piece snack my chicken wing was spoiled.so I took them back to the store.they said what would you like a more chicken wings.no I’m okay can I get a chicken sandwich with everything on the side no I’m the sandwich.so people put to much sauce on them sandwich so I like to do it myself. Just a sad day for me.one of my favorite places to go. And it not to far my place. They need to do better making sure their chickens is fresh.

Everything I ordered was out of stock, and I was shorted a fry... and a sandwich ..$33 dollars for one meal 2 extra sandwiches and a fry I didn't receive... I could have dined at an actual sit down restaurant for that price and got what I ordered...
