Was just told that 30 minutes till close to go through the drive-through tho lobby is open
Try to place my order and drive-through told hang on one second after a minute get told there’s no chicken tenders at 9:30😤
I normally don’t leave reviews unless it is over pure ignorance like this
Suggesting a chicken sandwich I don’t know what the hell but that has to do with a three piece chicken tender meal, but I felt like this needed to be said not only to be shoot away from entering the inside, but they can’t come up with my order 30 minutes before close come on! 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

I usually order food on my app therefore, it is prepaid. This establishment is almost always out of something that you order. When you get there, they’ll tell you we didn’t have this, but they don’t adjust the bill to account for the missing item. I went to the store drive-up recently to discuss an incidence of this with someone. It was two in the afternoon. There was absolutely no one there. The man said that I would have to come inside the store. I cannot go inside the store because I am disabled and unable to walk that distance. The man absolutely refused to see me at the drive up. Too bad for him because I order from this Popeyes at least once a week. Even though it takes them 20 minutes to get your food that you pre-ordered in the app and they are out of something every time.. So bye-bye to this Popeyes, who sorely needs the business to all of you, make sure if you order in the app and they don’t give you something that they refund you because I can almost guarantee you they will not.

Went through the drive thru on my way back home, was told to park and wait for my food. Over the next 15 mins I watched 7 people get served in the drive thru before me. I went in to discover they completely forgot about my order. Asked for a refund, incompetent employees mumbling and fumbling around tell me they gotta go through some process and the refund will go through in 5-7 business days. 5-7 business days later still no refund. So they will take your money, give you no food, and make no effort to make things right. I'd give another popeyes a chance but the way I was treated here I can't rationalize spending anymore on overpriced and poorly breaded chicken. Better off making it yourself then wasting your time and money here.

Today we had placed a mobile order for this location. It was around 30 dollars, and the location was not deemed closed when ordering. To my displeasure, walking in the doors were UNLOCKED, no signage out the workers are just standing around and say "oh this is closed". so I assume that the drive in is still working because the lights are on and there are 4 people in the kitchen. Again to my displeasure, the person on drive thru states that they are closed. I think that this establishment is very unprofessional and need to take better care/action when there is a significant problem. There should not be 4-6 people working if the establishment is closed. Typically I am not one to complain or be upset at fast food workers, (I used to work fast food), but it is disgusting how this establishment is run. i will not be coming back in the future. Obviously there is some training that needs to be done.
