Not only was there no host waiting to greet and seat me she finally show up after slamming an item on the bar counter. She seated me in a section where my server was also the bar sever. I learned this only after waiting 15 minutes for someone. When she showed up I was actually leaving. I left and went to Panera Bread. ? The bar server shouldn't have to wait tables too. Bad decision by management/owner.

Poor service. It took at least 20 minutes for the anyone to take our drink order. When someone finally came it wasn’t our actual waitress. There were 5 other servers in the building that we could see, but she seemed to have the whole place, and it couldn’t have been at 50% capacity. We were told twice biscuits were baking, but didn’t get any of them. She brought our food, left quickly, & never refilled our drinks. It was one of the most disappointing experiences we have had at a restaurant in a long while.

I have always loved Red Lobster. This location has gone down hill so bad that while here there were only 6 tables on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I have always ordered a virgin strawberry Daiquiri that had absolutely no flavor to it and when I saw no flavor I mean NO flavor. And this was after waiting over 10 minutes for the drink. Then our food took over an hour and we didn’t have anything but shrimp! We would ask for more rolls. There is 3 of us. She kept bringing 2. Maybe she can’t count??!!?? Idk but it was bad. Another server stood against the wall on her phone while 2 others sat in a booth doing nothing. Just all around pathetic. Now let’s talk about the food. My salad had a funny taste to it didn’t think much about it till about half way through there was an old slimy piece of lettuce. Yea I was done eating it but server never removed any plates or asked if we needed refills so couldn’t say anything but by the time she did come it was finally with our food. Manager helped drop off the food and never asked how things were going and never even said hello. Would have said something but he just walked away. I don’t tend to complain cause I was a server for 13 years but this was all around a bad experience.

Had a lot of nice visits here over the last 20 years. This was not one of them. There were only 4 tables being served, including ours. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Had to ask for our drinks twice, had to ask twice for biscuits and had to wait 40 min for dinner. Ordered the crab legs and had to wait for the utensils to eat them for 10 min after grabbing a waiter serving another table. That about sums it up.

Food was good. Wait staff looked overwhelmed taking a long time to bring food and check at the end. All staff were working their @$$#$ off , doing the best they could.
