I said that's it? I have 2 tacos i asked for a large cup. He said nothing he can do. He's the manager, speaking of the other guy. If I need to pay for it, then charge me. It's not that hard to give someone e what they ask for. This was the Bradley facility. Quit going to the bourbonnais one over a year ago. Kept messing up the orders. Now this one won't give you what you ask for. Been supporting you guys for 45 years.

Let's start with the visit went through the drive-thru spent almost $40 which was surprising because I only bought $30 worth of food and when I questioned the person at the window they said the manager explained it as it's just the system. When I asked for a further explanation the manager stood there and gave me an angry look refusing to accept the fact that I did not order six extra sides of cheese and questioned why I would want my $5 back. When I complained I was then called by someone representing multiple stores in the area who then was equally ignorant and never remedied the situation and furthermore lied to me about calling me back stay away from this cockroach-infested moron infested Palace of trash unless you want diarrhea and desire to get ripped off
I'm a fan of their $3 loaded tostada. Haven't tried anything else. I will say. Quality of food is better in more affluent areas.

They have changed the recipe for their taco meat. It's not nearly as good as it used to be. The chicken taco salad only had 5 pieces of chicken on it. Wish they would go back to the old menu that set them apart from every other taco joint.

Love this place, used to work here years ago... but are these people trained to look for mobile orders when they come through? Even with drive thru orders automatically going through now instead of the app saying to click "arrived" when we've arrived in the drive thru, the associates still say "we just got the order" when we put it in 5 minutes ago... therefore making us wait for ALL food to be made. What's the point of ordering ahead online if we still have to wait as if we ordered at the speaker? Also, asking for confirmation by looking at our phones when we order personal orders through the Taco John's app? This isn't DoorDash, I literally ordered food for myself. Please, someone work on the app and speak to the associates on how to correctly handle different types of orders/look for mobile orders ahead of time and begin making them to be ready on arrival
