Food was delicious. But what made our visit more delicious was being serviced by Lizette, who was our server today and she was awesome sauce with full applause. Lizette was very attentive to our table as well as to the other guests in our vicinity and across the establishment. She was very personalable and caring. She is the type of coworker/person I would like to work alongside with because she exudes that servicing and multitasking approach that is encouraging. She greatly embodies the hospitality spirit. We wish you all the best Lizette, for many more years to come. Shout out to all the servicing staff and cooks at the establishment. You guys are great in the face of our uncertain economy. The food is great, I wish you all had take out/pick up parking. I had to park near the Popeyes just to get my take out order. I mean just a few spaces would be great. Just a suggestion.
Parking: Needs “Pick Up” customer parking. I had to park near Popeyes just to get my pick up order.

I have been going to this place every week since I been in Illinois The Bradley restaurant in particular I've been to this place around four times it has gotten worse and worse I got a ribeye bone in Everytime the last time got my food from here I ordered like I said the real by phone in medium rare it was well done I know it was not a 20 oz steak I am a transplant from New Orleans i went every week at home also I always enjoyed my food but here my steak was really small really thin overcooked under seasoned I should have checked my food before I left yolanda is my name in case anybody need proof that I come every week look it up do better

Ordered steak med well, had to send back 3 times it was bleeding raw, asked to just take it home since my party was done with their food and asked for a little compensation, was told off by manager, then told off by owner. I've never felt disrespected! All I wanted was a steak that wasn't bleeding even if its had to cook it myself!
Was, okay, the order was kinda messed-up but the food was decent.

Horrible food tonight. I ordered carry out, ribeye steak (overcooked and no seasoning), sweet potato (ok), chilli (inedible and put in garbage) no flatware as requested. Won't be going back for awhile.
Parking: May be hard to find a parking space especially on the weekends.
