I live in Hawaii (we don't have any Texas Roadhouse locations 😭) but anytime I'm back on the mainland I have to stop by and stock up on rolls!

I just want to say that this location was awesome! Our server was jiji or juejue
(sorry) she was funny! Attentive! Kind and with a smile worth a thousand dollars. The food was great
service was quick and even though it was packed, our server made us feel like we were important! My wife and I will be back!

Have to love a place where they're can grill a great steak, chicken, shrimp and ribs and come out consistently well. Decent sides and drinks. A little something for everybody without breaking the bank.

If I could give this experience 0 stars I would.

We walked in and were told there was a 15-25minute wait. After FORTY MINUTES and at least 3 other groups who arrived after us (also without reservations) got seated my husband politely asked our spot on the list. They told him 3 minutes more of a wait. 5 more minutes past and then another couple walks in the door and got seated almost immediately. We were clearly forgotten about, and then flat out lied to.

Told the hostess and the server we were celebrating a birthday never recived the special occasion we were promised. Watch three other people celebrate told the blonde with glasses with hair in the messed up bun as she was walking past she said “uhh lll let your server know” and rolled her eyes definitely rude you’d think she do better since her look wasn’t.

This location was recommended by a couple we met at the bar of the TR in Tinley park. They said the Bradley location had better steaks. It did not. Like the TR in Tinley, the ribeye came out dry and barely lukewarm. So they reheated it which just made it more dry. I can only surmise that the steaks are cooked off-site and reheated at the restaurant. It’s lukewarm because the cooks onsite don’t want to make it even more dry since it’s already been cooked elsewhere. On the other hand, the cooks onsite simply overcook the steaks and leave them sitting under the light. It’s priced at a reasonable price because the steaks aren’t any good. Also the bartender spilled half my martini but did not offer to replace it. I brought it to his attention so he took two bucks off, but didn’t seem happy about doing so.

I received a coupon for a free appetizer if you order through the app. In which I did place an order through the app and of course it charged me for the appetizer. I then tried calling TR guess what
no live person! Same recording over and over about pressing 6 for link to order. Called a few times same lack of response. How do I get my money back for an appetizer that was supposed to be free?!?

Texas Roadhouse has always provided a great steak consistently until now.

We always have enjoyed the quality steaks we have received until this last dinner out. Our waiter was great but the steaks absolutely were less than marginal at best.

We ordered two 12oz ribeye's with baked potatoes and sides. The steaks were ordered medium. What we both received was a thin dry tough excessively fat, lukewarm piece of meat. It may have been a ribeye but they were excessively fatty, thin and tough .
The baked potatoes were loaded but were so dried out that you could not have put enough butter on them to make them palatable.
Overall the entire dinner was served lukewarm and the sides lacked flavor and were under cooked. Certainly was not the Texas Roadhouse of prior outings. Hopefully it was just a bad night but walking out the door at $143.00 with tip I wont be back again for a while if ever. Hopefully this was just a bad night, but disappointed is an understatement.
