Hard a awful experience and rude staff! Decided to go to Texas road house for my birthday with a party of 7 we called ahead the girl on the phone was very snippy saying that it would be a 10 minute wait we where completely fine with waiting. We got the conformation text to go inside when we go in there we didn't have two people with us they where only 10 minutes away I told the girl that she said that we wouldn't be able to sit until everyone was there. Which it was wrong on my party because i should have waiting until everyone was there. But there wasnt any reason for them to be rude about it. we waiting when our hole party had arrived we told the two young girls working the host stand that we where all there they basically ignored us. So we sat for a hour waiting while waiting there where 3 party's of 5 sat before us i also know that almost any table in there has a extender so there was no reason we couldnt have gotten able. They told us that it would be another hour wait so we got up and went somewhere else. The host where very rude and was not very friendly from the beginning. It was not a enjoyable experience and I'm not sure I will be going back anytime soon.

Service is always very good at this location. They always seem to be fully staffed. We have had lunch and dinner here several times and a manager always makes rounds checking on all the tables. Very nice for families.
