There was one employee here who don't know how to entertain equally treating their players much. I used to go here at night but when I see her vehicle I just go to another place. No wonder not much players at night when I passed by.

Don’t go here…the machines will break down and you have to wait for a tech to come! They don’t offer free spins or nothing for their machines breaking down! The manager expressed she can’t do anything and basically touch luck! On top of that she explained she was busy gambling herself so who cares! Maybe they are stopping the machines because each time they stop in the bonus rounds… go figure!

Very inconvenient for customers! I needed to exchange a few dimes and nickels for (two solid quarters,) and the counter girl told me that the manager said to not take lose change from customers. As any laundromat you should be able to accompany your customers especially if they are choosing to wash with you. I won’t be coming back! Smart wash should have just bought this place. Winnies is useless. Horrible customer services.
