We have ordered from her multiple times the last 3 times it’s taken over an hour and a half to get our food delivered. I placed my order at 1223 it’s not 156 and it still isn’t here. I called the girl answered and said the WiFi went down and my ticket was just printed when I asked how long it would be she said I don’t know with an attitude like I did something wrong. She said well where do you live so I told her and she had a smart ass comment and said well it will take how long it is to make it and the drive. Like ok girl they lost us as customers just rude and terrible service.

Grilled shrimp dinner is amazing

This is a nice friendly local place. It beats the hell out of the place across the street even though it's a bit pricey.

Best pizza in Braidwood

My mom and I stopped in after grabbing a Christmas tree from the Tammen Tree Farm and were positively delighted. We ordered a medium sausage pizza and side of fries. The fries were hot and crunchy! I can't even explain how good the pizza was. There was a ton of sausage, cooked perfectly, and the crust on the pizza was soft with a delicate crunch. Service was phenomenal. We certainly wish we lived closer to visit more frequently! Don't forget to order the carrot cake if it's in season!!

Apparently no one over there knows how to answer a phone. I tried for over an hour to order food for my crews at the plant. Never was a problem before today. The food is great, though........ if you ever can get to order it.

Ok first off understand that the Main Streept Pizza and thr Korner Keg share the same kitchen and are connected. I have been in the Korner Keg many times but this is the first for Main Street Pizza. Besides having slower than usual service the last few times I have been to the KK the food has always been pretty good. However I was at Main Street Pizza on 10/12/24 with some co-workers and I ordered BBQ wings. Typical thier wings are pretty good. Well the wings came out in a decent amount of time however, they were hot Buffalo. I told the server I ordered BBQ and they apologized and took them back to kitchen. Less than 5 min later I had a new order of wings with no sauce on them and sauce on the side.. That was the first sign something wasn't right. As I touched the wings they were midly warm and and didn't look real crispy. When I picked up the first wing it was obvious they had taken the wings back to thr kitchen and sprayed them off with water. They still had drops of Buffalo sauce on them. I spent over a $100 that night for my parties food which for the most part was good but, it is sad they did this. Trying to save a few dollars not cooking new wings just cost them a lot of money in the future. I typically buy $500-$600 worth of Pizza and Beef Rolls for my crew when I'm in town but will look at other places to purchase food from now on.

Don’t get me wrong their food is good. but their service.. TERRIBLE. no matter if you eat inside or order takeout. So overpriced too. last time i ate inside, i got two dirty plates (literally still had grease and hard stuff on it). the menus were covered in what appeared to be food. the table was even nasty!! ALSOOO took over 15 minutes for anyone to even give us menus, i had to walk in there and grab them myself. Ordered takeout the other night, was well over an hour and a half since i’ve ordered it for delivery. so i called, then told me i gave them my card number wrong? If i did why didn’t you guys call me back? or Atleast still deliver the pizza and i could’ve given cash. Highly recommend NOT coming here if you’re wanting to have a ‘quick bite’ because the costumer service is absolutely awful.

Food is great , never been disappointed with any of the food.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 4pm, one of the pizzas that I ordered was a taco pizza, no tomato, no onion, ez lettuce, pizza came it was cold, no lettuce, could not find the refried bean sauce, and a bit dry. Other pizza was a italian beef and gardinaria pizza, same a bit cold and dry. I gave them a shot, and it was a big miss, will be moving on from this establishment. Definitely not worth the 45 bucks I spent.

When ordering a beef roll, we'll done apparently means under cooked. Last time ordering from there.... 2 star review because everything late and cold was refunded in it's entirety.
