I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The order taker was extremely rude and rushed me while I was placing my order, not even allowing me to finish speaking. On top of that, my orders from this location are frequently messed up. The customer service here is consistently poor, and it’s frustrating to spend hard-earned money only to receive this level of service. I would not recommend this location. Very sad experience overall.

Worst McDonald's ever! The managers don't care to make things right and they pass bad behavior onto their employees to handle the situation. Employees are under trained as well, as answers to the simplest questions they have no idea how to answer.

Sandwich was good. I have learned the trick when ordering a burger at McDonald's is to select no salt and it becomes half way decent. Not like an actual hamburger but also not nasty tasting.

I swore after so many crazy drive thru instances I’d stop going here. My money is tight like everyone’s else’s. But Lucas the order taker NO hello NO THANKYOU NO smile NO nothing. I asked him if he was ok. He starred at me as if he was going to kill me. Then slapped the sliding glass service door on me. Absolutely rude and disgraceful. He should not be in customer service. I went to the 2nd window and politely asked for the manager. Manuel. He apologized. I’m really just done so many other things I could say about this unusual location and it’s family of misfits employees

Extremely slow, very rude, doesn’t use gloves most of the time. As I type this they gave our food to someone else infront of us, gave it back and then gave it to us like that isn’t gross.

As soon as I came in they took my order with a smile
They cancel your order repeatedly if you try to order from them an hour and a half before close, they don’t pickup the phone, and when they do they don’t actually answer they just have a blank noise on the other end. Definitely have it all recorded so I’ll be reporting it to corporate so they can get rid of the employees that just don’t want to work while being paid.

The pop there always taste flat just went there last night and my pop was warm and very flat tasting they only put little bit of ice but the pop isn’t good please fix ur pop machine the pop from McDonald’s in this location is the only one that their pop tastes flat please fix this issue there is something wrong with your guys pop machine that isn’t good! It’s only in this location the coke and Dr Pepper don’t taste good tastes very flat every time I go I get mad

Management was very rude. When I asked if it was possible that I can get cheese off my sandwich and i was told not my problem do it yourself we don’t care. I don’t know why this kind of behavior is acceptable or even allowed but will not be returning. Much appreciation for all the hard workers there tho I have had some good experiences over there but this time was not the best
