I ordered breakfast on 12/21/24 and only received half my food and it was terrible on top of that!! Only award this place should earn is the worst McDonald’s ever!! Terrible food quality and terrible customer service.

This McDonald’s deserves a negative 10000 star rating. The short Hispanic woman who was the “manager” working today 12/11/2024 was BEYOND disrespectful. The previous time I came to this location, my order was messed up so I returned & the manager working at that time wrote my name down in “the book” for a free sandwich to make up for it. I came back today (1 month later) and ordered food that I PAID for, along with the free sandwich I was promised. Shame on me for even trying to trust this McDonald’s. The way I was treated today is unacceptable!!!!! Pure ignorance. The owners of this location need to re think who they’re hiring! They will NEVER have mine or my family & friends business ever again 💯

The managers(America and Gabby) are very rude, I was working there and nobody wears gloves also don’t wash their hands I was the only one too. Plus they fired me because I needed to call off to go to the ER, then proceeded to text me telling me they don’t have to help me with anything all because I texted her regarding my last check that was written out to Todd Robert and not my legal name Todd Kutemeier.

First time in the area wanted something to eat. Place the order on the app waited 16 minutes. Got another vacation that I should be enjoying my meal. And yet they never brought it out to me. Had to go inside and wait in line. Several people were in there over thirty minutes waiting. Still didn't get my food

Ordered online like I do several times a week , got to the window and I was told that they didn’t have my order , telling me it must have been a different McDonald’s in braidwood , after going back and forth for over 19 minutes, they found the ticket and my food was given to me , food was ice cold and all sandwich’s was just thrown in the bag and 2 of the sandwiches were actually out of the paper and laying in the bag , I called and spoke to manager and all he kept saying was the food was made fresh, he didn’t understand anything I was telling him . A few days before this I brought my granddaughter inside to have Lunch and that was a disaster also , unless you want to hear all the workers yelling and talking very loud through out the restaurant, it wasn’t a very peaceful Lunch
