The people are great and have always had great consumer service but quite literally Everytime I've been there one item was messed up in some way. Last time I went I got the new spicy ten piece nugget and they gave me a six piece regular. Was very disappointed.

Since no one wants to answer I’ll write a review! I spent $40 on Cold fries burgers with nothing on them, Cold nuggets, /‘d missing toys from the happy meals! I am fuming !!!! Horrible horrible horrible !!!! Do not go here . Disgusting!

Yesterday 9/18/23, my boyfriend and I placed two mobile orders for drive thru pickup. We went through thr drive thru and were asked to pull forward even though no one was behind us. We waited for our food. The worker came out with one bag of food which contained my boyfriends order. We told him that that my boyfriend also had a drink. The worker went back inside and when he came out with the drink he said "have a good day". We told him we were still waiting on my order. We gave him the receipt and a female worker came back out with a bag of food containing my order. I told her I also had a drink, she went back inside and brought me out my drink. While she was inside I noticed I was missing my double cheeseburger. She asked if there was anything else with an attitude, we said no and then she went inside and came back out with my double cheeseburger. The time from order to us getting our food was over 25 minutes. Our food was cold. This was completely ridiculous.

The few times I have been here they always mess up the order, or they say something is broken but still charge you for items you dont recieve.
