Went there for dinner took over five minutes to get seated when the hostess was standing right there ignoring us. Server showed up took her drink order took 15to 20 minutes to get our drinks. He took our order. We finished the drinks before the order came, but he didn’t bother to check in to see if we wanted another one. We had to flag him down to tell him we needed another drink. First drink was not what I ordered and the second drink that we waited at least 15 minutes for they had to change the keg so that took another 15 minutes. Still no food. Watch the bartender pour the beer and set it on the bar and finally went and got it off the bar without anybody noticing and no attention from the server finish those drinks still no food flagged down the server while we’re waiting on your burger after about an hour and a half of sitting there waiting, we decided we’d had enough. We’d settle the bar tab and walk out. They ended up comping our food and giving it to us to go. Needless to say, we will not go to Applebee’s in breese again!

Was very slow we got seated very fast but then waited awhile to get served the server that seated us didn’t even ask what we wanted to drink so we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks and food and there was no one in there so I don’t understand what took them so long and then we didn’t get refills fast and it took them forever for our food and plus they messed up our food and then also only had 2 people working on the floor if your going to go to this restaurant please remember it isn’t anything fancy nor is it fast with the service and the food is ok but mostly cold and eh.

Food was cold and took 2 hours for a party of 5 with only Mac and cheese and burgers ordered. One person ordered wings and they said they were out of that type of wings they ordered when the rest of the table got their food. They got the check and a different type of wings at the same time. Many workers doing nothing but walking back and forth. If you would like food in a timely manner with not having to take a loan out don’t eat here.

I recently tried the Trio at Applebee's in Breese, IL, and it was amazing! Getting to choose three items (quesadilla, tacos, and pretzels for me) along with three sauces is such a cool idea. The portion size was super generous, and everything tasted incredible. Even though the place was packed, the service was really attentive and we were out in under 45 minutes. Plus, the food looked fantastic! I'm already planning my next visit to try out some different Trio combos.

We waited no less than 45 minutes for drinks and food. There are multiple employees, all doing various tasks. Even after asking the manager, she disappeared and we had to ask the host about paying for drinks. Awful experience.

This place I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or what, but I work and I have a deadline to eat. I went in a little earlier than I placed my order and asked the bartender/waitress if she could place my order earlier “ she stated she couldn’t until after 12 pm. So I waited til after noon to get my food and still hadn’t had it now at 12:23pm. I get a thirty minute lunch break….i went In at 1130am didn’t get my food until an hour later and it was missing items, apparently they are out of items on the menu. Thanks

Stopped by this Applebees with my husband during our roadtrip. Despite the reviews, a very nice place. I want to especially thank manager Lindsey for her hospitality and accommodating us 15 minutes before close.
