I would recommend personal to wear gloves. It is not very clean especially when they are preparing food and eatable things for clients. Personally I dont like when someone touches my food without gloves. Some of them even doesnt take nails.

Andys is my fav! You must try out the seasonal/ limited time concrete options.

We have been regulars at our local Andy’s for years now but I’m afraid that may be coming to an end. On Sunday evening we decided to stop by for our favorites. But rather than receiving the usual concrete, we received a cup of vanilla custard with only two pecan crumbles and a dusting of Oreo powder. Service was friendly and fast, but too fast they forgot to add the toppings to our order because they looked nothing compared to what we’ve received in previous weeks or even the pictures on the menu!

Ordered sundae with pecans. Paid. No Pecans. I tell the worker there’s no pecans and he instantly told me there’s an up charge. They gotta have an adult supervising these teenagers!!

Ordered an Old Fashioned Cherry Soda - what I got was something like a milkshake - made out of some of the ingredients from what I actually ordered - YUCK!!! ? Threw it away! They need to train their employees better. Quality has deteriorated.

I've been a regular at this place for years, but recently, the experience has become increasingly disappointing. While price increases are sometimes understandable, charging extra just to switch from caramel to fudge or from strawberry to caramel is unreasonable. It's frustrating to see a simple condiment switch come with an added cost.

Another baffling change is the introduction of a "medium" size. Previously, Andy's offered just small and large sizes, with the large only costing an extra dollar. Now, they don't even have medium-sized cups—instead, they serve a large cup but fill it only partially. To make matters worse, the large size now costs three dollars more. Charging ten dollars for a frozen custard feels excessive.

This is the second time I have been to this Andy’s and ordered a strawberry old fashion and it sucked again. They didn’t add the strawberries. When I asked about it the kid tells me it doesn’t have strawberries. Then they give me a little scoop of it on the side. Also they barely put any strawberry syrup or ice cream. It was $7 and the worst desert I ever ordered. They charge so much that I expect perfection every time.

I took my dad yesterday and it was a great treat for him he got the peach custard and I got a twist cone. He said it had been decades since he had peach custard so he was a happy camper. It was 88 degrees out and he could not eat it fast enough. We were just confused with the ordering process because nothing told us to order at the window.
