Extremely disappointed at the food. We ordered a chicken sandwich on a pita and the chicken was the frozen kind. There was no seasoning and it was not definitely not grilled. Will not be going back

My husband and I just left Billy Jo's and we enjoy the food so much from here and have never had a problem with the customer service until today... a Hispanic woman was at the drive thru with dark hair that was styled up. When we came to the window, she did not say NOT ONE WORD, not a hello or here's your drink or thank you have a good night. She handed my husband his drink, then ice cream and his bag of food. And did not say not ONE word. Do yourselves a favor and get rid of this girl immediately, its obvious she doesn't want to be there and does not know what customer service is. If she doesn't know how to be friendly or EVEN SPEAK then she really shouldn't be dealing with customers.

Ordered on Uber eats we used to eat here all the time won’t ever go back. $40 for 2 pizza puffs an gyro dinner there was enough meat for barely 1 and half gyro I called the restaurant they said they weigh it out. If you’re going to charge this much for fast food stop being cheap with the portion size. You guys lost a customer for sure and I ignored the negative reviews because I loved this place it’s definitely nothing like it used to be and the pizza puffs were still cold in the middle. Do better you guys are ripping people off.

The older man that works there I think he may be the owner is always grumpy looking not pleasant and he Doesn’t have patience the food is bad whenever he’s working that pre cut gyro meat sits around until someone orders one it’s supposed to be cut from the leg and the fries are always refried when he’s there not going back
