Was there for a Christmas event and was highly disappointed with my experience. First, it was a Christmas party for about 80 people and they did not have the man power to handle such a crowd. They had the restaurant open to the public with two available servers for all 80 people. These two servers were responsible for getting drinks from the bar, taking food orders from the tables, cleaning up and keeping up with the tabs. This is way too much work for two people to handle, no matter how good they are at their job. Common sense would tell you to have pitchers of drinks available for guests as that was included in our tickets that we purchased for the party. We had to go to the bar and request pitchers as the kids had nothing to drink. (Mind you this was a kids Christmas party) They had no pitchers available and had to find some glassware to fill with soft drinks. The waitress we had was lovely and tried her best to serve us all but it was an impossible task. It was unfair to us, other patrons and to the server to have to handle so many people with no support. With our purchase of our entrance fee it also included a buffet style meal that only included chicken nuggets, fries, and pasta. Mind you there were over 80 people and only one tray of food per item displayed. We were asked over and over to show our wristbands in order to get food while standing in line. Then the female owner shouted to all people in line not to get more than one plate of food. Mind you we paid for buffet and many of us were serving our children. She was very rude and unprofessional especially when you are the face of an establishment. If you are looking to book an event that has the capacity to serve you and your party with respect and dignity this is not the place. Look elsewhere.

I want to mention an issue with the Facebook post promoting the Bears vs. Packers event. The post did not mention anything about needing reservations. Because of that, many guests arrived expecting open seating, only to find that all tables—including the bar area—were already reserved.

It came across more like a private gathering for friends of the owner and staff than a public event. We waited for hours and were never able to get a seat.

For future events, please clearly state if reservations are required to avoid misleading guests.

Had a great time at Branding Iron for the Bears game vs the Steelers on 11/23. Food and atmosphere was awesome. The service was great despite being a packed house. Another thing is a family friendly restaurant were I took my 12 yr old son to watch the game. Prices are good, they were giving free shots of Mezcal and raffling an Authentic Autograph Odunze jersey.
The whole vibe has changed since it’s under new ownership.
Definitely making this place my weekly Bears game bar and more. A must try for sure!!!!!

We came to this place because it's close to the stadium, and we decided to grab some drinks before heading to the event. We didn't order food, but the seasonal cucumber drink is very delicious and refreshing, and of course, we took the opportunity to have some shots! We sat at the bar and everything was great. Overall, good service.

Branding Iron is one of the best spots around. The food is always excellent, fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The entertainment is fantastic and the staff make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy great company, and catch your favorite sports and games on the big screens. Highly recommend this place for great food, fun vibes, and outstanding service.

Top tier establishment. The scene is very welcoming and the owners went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Above all, the food was amazing! I will keep come back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and a relaxed environment to watch your favorite sports team on game day.

We had Colette as our server what a sweetie! I had one of the hamburgers with avocado & my friend had the wings. They were both very good. Colette also went above & beyond & told us about a bunch of upcoming fun events! Looking forward to going to them too!
