Terrible service left my girls tortillas on the dirty counter no ice in the pop flat pop ignorant stuff do not come here save your money go somewhere else this is the last time I go to these establishments I’ve just had it

This location sucks. There’s a lady there you would think the food personally comes out her check. She gives half a scoop of everything and asking for a regular amount is double.

The cheapest place I’ve ever visited. I have been to a lot of Chipotle Places and never felt disrespected by this location and to be exact the Hispanic young boy. I asked for a chicken bowl and he barely added rice which I didn’t make a big deal then I asked for chicken, he literally put half of the spoon. I asked him if he can add more since I’m paying for the bowl. I know I didn’t ask for extra. Guess what he did after I asked him??? He picked one small piece chicken yes one small piece and added it to the bowl. You feel he’s paying out of his pocket for it. I asked him, are you serious and his response was oh yes. Then I said well you can keep it and I walked away. This kind of employee shouldn’t be working in this place because I will never go back to this location ever again.

My go to spot for Chipotle. The food is generally good though portion sizes and flavor can be a bit hit or miss at times. Overall, I order from here often and usually enjoy my meals.

I ordered a burrito with Chicken and received Pork instead. Considering that this is in Bridgeview you need to be careful not to serve pork when it isn't requested. The door facing the parking lot was locked and not very inviting. The music playing was very loud and distorted. I mentioned it at the counter and no one seemed to be empowered to do anything about it.

Manager should be fired. Older white lady said blatantly right in front of me that they knew the person behind me in line and that is was okay to be generous with their portions. As a business owner myself you do not say things like that in front of other customers.

This is by far the worst and stingiest Chipotle I have ever been to. The older/middle aged white lady (possibly the manager) acts like the cost of the food at this place comes out of her own pockets. The portion sizes that she gives are ridiculously small, less than half of a spoon and when you ask if you could have more she says that she will charge you extra for everything including veggies and rice. I told her that I have never been charged extra for a regular sized portion of sour cream at any other location just to be told that “this isn’t every other location, we charge extra here”. Absolutely terrible customer service. She also supervises all of the other employees to make sure that (God forbid) they don’t give out too much food to customers. This places seriously either needs to get shut down or needs new management because this lady is the reason for all of these negative reviews!!!!

👎🏽 Very Disappointed with Service
Walked in today to order a bowl and was met with horrible customer service. I asked the young girl behind the counter if fresh fajita veggies were being made, because what was in the pan looked dry and barely there. Instead of answering me or offering fresh ones, she scraped the bottom of the pan and threw that in my bowl.
I told her I was getting extra veggies and that clearly wasn’t enough — she ignored me and slid the bowl down like I hadn’t said anything. I left the bowl right there and walked out. I refuse to spend my money where customer service is this bad.
I went to the 95th St location right after — fresh, hot veggies and friendly service. Oak Lawn location also never disappoints. This location seriously needs better staff and training.

Depending on what time of day you go the portion size is horrible. They always are out of something even at non busy hours you think they would be more prepared. Maybe if they didn't focus on handing out children size portions to adults they would have more business.

Every chipotle visit, the food portion serving size gets smaller, but today wow the gentleman literally gave one tablespoon of chicken.
Also the lady there is always conversing across the room (to make friends which is nice and all) but she's spitting all over the food.

I ordered food through the Chipotle app, somehow my order was sent to this location, even though I have a favorite location saved. I ordered light beans, got more beans than chicken, requested extra cheese barely any cheese. There was a lot of fat on my chicken and pieces of chicken were in chunks. The guac did not have any flavor either. This Chipotle was disappointing!! That pile of fat is gross and I know the workers wouldn’t eat that if it was served to them.
