Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got a veggie bowl with chips,queso and guacamole on the side. I receive my order with my guacamole missing, my bowl super underfilled and a mystery meat in my queso. I'm very upset I told the app and they didn't give me a refund or anything I'm very upset this isn't the first time this location has messed my order up.

Paid near $20 for one of the smallest burritos I’ve ever gotten from chipotle, normally employees are very nice but that night they were mostly rude apart from the manager who is always very sweet and welcoming.

I see all the comments and I was wondering why my bowl was so empty, I paid for extra chicken just to get a regular amount. I do t get why they have to skimp out on ingredients ? And clearly the manager doesn’t care about the feedback because nothing has changed

I like Chipotle but they are very stingy here with the portions they serve. My burrito bowl was pretty empty.

Probably the stingiest chipotle I’ve been to. If their first scoop of portions would be the regular appropriate amount, no one would complain but to seriously get a pinch of lettuce and then get mad when I ask for a regular portion is not only rude but completely uncalled for. The chips are stale

Website site hours and hours listed says 10:30am they NEVER open at this time. At least change the hours posted!

Customer service was not there at this location. Went around 2030 and it seemed like they were trying to save as much as they can to ensure they don’t have to make more before they closed. Asked for extra ingredients that I’ve never been charged for and was informed there was a charge. Overall not a positive experience at all. Will try to avoid going back to this location

As you can see from some other reviews; they skimp on the ingredients. I experienced the same thing with my meat. When I called the server out on the small portion; she said she would have to charge extra to give me more. No thanks! Do yourself a favor; and go to another location to get your money's worth!

Employees skimp on every ingredient. Even after asking for double meat and wanting to pay for it, they still barely added anything. The bowl is filled half full after you're done and the food tasted avg at best. $35 for 2 bowel and 2 drinks is a complete ripoff.

Its about a 70% chance you'll get a bowl with uncooked rice. I wouldn't have cared if it was a one off thing, maybe twice, but it's a constant thing where I'll get a bowl and i'm suddenly crunching hard on raw rice.

The people weren’t welcoming and said they were out of lettuce when there was literally lettuce directly next to them?? Ridiculous and older women was in a rush when she literally had one other customer and wasn’t even working??

Racist, slow not friendly. Worst experience ever! Old white lady was very rude. I’d like a manager to reach out regarding this matter asap. I didn’t even get to spend ant money because she refused to ring me up !
