Wallah I never ever post a review in my life, but last night I went here to go pick up my order which I go at least once a week to this location this time they had a dude at night time working that was very rude and does not know how to talk at alland got my order completely wrong and when I got home, I kept feeling like there was a dirty oil smell I didn’t think nothing of it. I was like maybe because I’m sick but no the chicken was watery gooey disgusting. I swear to God I threw out the whole entire food as is, I am very disappointed, knowing that the store when they first open was so amazing because the owner was there holding it down now a bunch of young kids don’t know what the they’re doing ( wallah wallah) I started throwing up so bad this morning from how bad the food was and I only took one bite

The chicken was super flavorful and crispy, honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. The 8 piece meal was the perfect size for two people. The mashed potatoes were really good and the mac and cheese was creamy and tasty. The service was great too, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Everything hit the spot, definitely coming back!

The service was excellent, but after spending nearly $19, I was somewhat disappointed to receive a plate that was only half full. I used to truly enjoy both the food and the generous portions, but I feel like I may not return after today, given the increase in prices and the reduction in portion size.

Unfortunately, this wasn't my first disappointing experience, but maybe my second or third. The wait time was ridiculous—over half an hour for a single meal, even though the place was empty. I actually saw my food sitting on the shelf, ready to go and the cashier was just standing there while being on his phone. The customer service wasn't great either; the cashier had a bit of an attitude. I spent twenty dollars and the fries were a small portion, plus no sauces or sides were included. I'm not trying to ruin their business, but I want to warn others to save their money and time. Maybe consider making the portions a bit more and focusing on quality.

Great food, great service, great environment. A staple chicken restaurant in the Bridgeview area. A must have if you like chicken bowls with fries and mash potatoes and more. The chicken bowls (holy buckets) are their best product.

The best biscuits I’ve had in my life. Even on the 2nd day, reheated in the toaster oven, the best biscuits I’ve ever had. Also really great fried chicken. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes & Brussels sprouts too.
