Best staff around. Ive been coming here for years. Theres a new lovely manager now. Suheir has always been the best of the best
I arrived at approximately 7:40am to place a to go order. Upon walking in I observed one IHOP server look me in face from afar and continued to take her time doing whatever she was doing with her personal items. At approximated 7:46 a non black family of 3 walks in and stood behind me. The server quickly made her way to the front because she wouldn't dare make them wait. When the server "Alyssa" came to the front she asked if I was dining in and I said no. Not one time did she asked to take my order. She then asked the family behind me if they were dining in and proceeded to seat them. I then waited again. When Alyssa arrived back to the front I had just received a phone call and she asked was I ready to order and I said yes. Before I can tell the person on the phone that I would call them back she walked away again before taking my order. At 7:54 another worker by the name of Susu came to the front to take my order and I informed her how long I had been waiting and about the poor service received from Alyssa. Susu was very apologetic but that doesn't take away front the obvious prejudiceness of Alyssa. As Susu was taking my order a black family came in waiting to be seating and then a non black family came in behind them. Here comes Alyssa coming to seat the non black family first instead of asking who was next. Susu stopped her in her tracks and let her know that the black family was next. I will not be visiting this location anytime soon due to the treatment received by Alyssa however I did thank Susu for her assistance.

This place has definitely turned around. The best experience I've had here by far. The new manager Maddy was very friendly. Alyssa is our recommended server. Very happy environment. We stayed about 2 hours 😊
