The food was so good but a bit pricey. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the ribs.

It was frustrating that seats are first come first served. I wish they would take reservations ahead of time. We decided to stop before our flight and it took way longer than expected.

So I came in earlier tonight to be able to break fast cause it’s my month of fasting Ramadan. The restaurant was absolutely packed, but I got so lucky because I had this wonderful guy waiting on me by the name of Hamza! He went out of his way to make sure we got our food on time, that we had everything that we needed. He literally went 110% out of his way to make sure that our Experience was absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been here before but no one ever took care of me like Hamza! Thank you, Hamza! This restaurant is so lucky to have an employee like you! And we were so lucky to have you take care of us! Thank you thank you thank you. You’re the best Server I’ve ever met in my entire life. Every restaurant would be lucky to have you working for them.! Thank you again, Hamza You’re the best!!

We’ve had a tradition in our family for years: the first day of Ramadan is always a full family gathering around one table.
When we heard that Mdakhan would be closed on the first day, something special happened — the entire family insisted we move the tradition to the second day, just so we could eat Mdakhan. And honestly… that decision was more than worth it.

The food was exceptional.
The mixed grill was cooked to absolute perfection — juicy, flavorful, and rich with authentic taste. The salads, hummus, and appetizers were fresh, balanced, and full of character. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, not rushed, not ordinary.

The presentation alone was eye-catching — elegant, generous, and inviting. Before we even tasted the food, it already felt like a celebration. And once we did… the table went quiet — the best compliment any kitchen can get.

Every single person at the table loved it. No exaggeration — this was one of the best meals our family has ever shared.

The food at Mdakhan was overall good. Waiting time is too much , we went on sunday around 1.5hrs . The ribs were really tasty, but the grilled mshawi was just average

My husband and I drove from Michigan and medkhan was our first stop…. With no exaggeration, this is the best mashawy spots we’ve ever had !! Incredible food and it looks as good as it tastes !! We will be going back to Michigan to tell people how great this place is

Food is great. Service is great, except when large tables arrive. Wait time on weekends is 1.5 hours on average.

My only request is that there should be a way to sign-in to the waiting queue for table as you drive towards the restaurant. Living 1.5 hours away from the restaurant, only to then wait another 1.5 hours for your table is just not practical.

You need to do something about your wait times I understand it was valentines day but perhaps you should consider reservations. Having said that, the food and service were impeccable
