There's a kid who works there who literally looks like he's 14 years old. He doesn't look happy, doesn't utter a single word when I talk to him. How does he get through daily human interaction? Bizarre. This is beyond basic customer service skills, this is social ineptness at its finest. How can you interact with a customer from start to finish without literally uttering a single word? It seems like he's just going through the motions, and wants to finish interactions as quickly as possible.

I was a frequent customer but after my last visit I won't waste my time or money here. The make mistakes often whether it's forgetting items or not following special instructions like no mayo on sandwich. Instead of no mayo they loaded it on top and bottom like extra extra so I go back and get laughed at by the manager for being upset I had to drive 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back again after I got home and seen they messed my order up. Not even an apology. She then tried to give me the wrong amount of money back when I asked for my money back for the food which I did bring back. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Save yourself the headache and frustration.

Very bad service. We ordered before 2 hours and when my time came they told me is not ready yet and we need 15 minutes more.and when we get it we found a wire inside the chicken. Also they forget some of my order.
