UPDATE Went back to this location the Monday following the weekend where they didn’t have to redeem coupons and was able to redeem coupon as mentioned. And for the inconvenience received a box of goodies as a sorry…WTH e swag box I received was incredible! Totally made up for inconvenience. Got a quality Winter Hat, Quality Blanket, Speaker, and Mug! Followed up with pics! Thank you Laceys! Followed thru!ORIGINAL: Received the mailer 2 days ago and went into redeem only to be told they had no cash and the Owner wouldn’t be in with the cash until Monday evening. Keep in mind I was being told this on a Friday late afternoon. Cons. Lost many dollars at this location and feel the $10 free play was well deserved.

The person working there did not even greet me when walked in. She was to busy talking with someone else. I punched in and looked at one game and then turned to leave and was planning on going to the bank to take money to play but the lady was so rude will not be going back there. I was on the phone with the person that refered me to go check this place out and after he heared her. He also said he will not be going back to this location. The workers at Hickory Hills and Justice are great and I will gladly stay a regular customer at those locations.
