This particular McDonald's only has one door to enter. I found this out the hard way, especially since I parked on the right of the lot and had to walk to the left side to enter... unbelievable lol

the staff of the. kitchen they do not know how to handle food. My burgers were very poorly prepared, and the chicken nugget had a piece of raw meat that was disgusting, my stomach hurt.

This location has the worst staffs that work night shift!!!! Especially the woman with the yellow hair with glasses aka “manager.” She’s so rude and seems like she’s working for free!! She’s not friendly at all, and talks back aggressively! I wanted to place two separate orders for my friend and I. We were at the same car!! Then she said “I will not take two orders.” Please the owner or the boss or whomever responsible for this location please check your staffs!!!

1st, no mats on the wet floors to accommodate for the slushy,wet,snow weather. So I guess if you wanted a quick$$$ you could do a slip and fall! Was on crutches, had to tread carefully! 2nd, area where you get your drinks, not clean! Soda drippings, straw papers all over, lids unorganized, just messy. 3rd, playplace, some tables not clean, salt on seats, tables n I t clean, windows are disgusting. God only knows if the play area is ever cleaned! I SURE HOPE IT IS!!! Then there's a girl here doing or trying to do cartwheels on the hard floor, with HER MOM WATCHING AND COUNTING!!! REALLY!!!! NOT TRYING TO JUDGE, BUT COME ON!!🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ It's a play place not a GYM!!!! But whatever!!!! Anyway, one and done for this play place, for me anyway! All I see are ACCIDENTS WAITING TO HAPPEN!!

One star not for the restaurant but for whatever worker is in charge of doing/making the orders. The first time happened two weeks ago, I asked for a caffe mocha frappe with chocolate syrup and they gave me the caramel one with brown sugar on top! I forgave them because it was busy and continued my day. A frappe is just a frappe. Last week, I ordered the dulce leche frappe with chocolate syrup on top. And again, they got my order wrong! It’s only one item I’m asking! ONE! They can’t be that stupid!

I order a food for my son we are A Muslim Alhamdulillah I said Egg and cheese on a biscuit and I got the food I left on the way to school . I am glad he got first bite he felt different there’s a bacon in it I did go back And complaint about the food her excuse saying I didn’t know you a Muslim 😂 they need to know how to get order they are not busy either if they saying we are busy order mixed up
