I frequent Mr sub on western. Recently moved to Chicago ridge so decided I would try this place. I ordered a steak burger (what I always eat) after being told that the gyro they advertise “isn’t available today” which was annoying. The owner is the only one working. He pushed chips and a drink for the special after I already declined, whatever. The steak burger was awful. He overcooked it in the microwave or it was old. After bragging about how he can take care of the lunch rush in minutes it’s no wonder. No fries? $14+ for an old over-microwaved sandwich. Hard pass on this place. 2 stars because it was edible…

I live in Denver, but grew up in Chicagoland, so I have a nostalgic love for Mr. Submarine.This location is run by an extremely friendly guy, so the service was great.However, while the subs we ordered were fine, the garlic fries were super disappointing compared to what you get at other locations, and our pizza puffs probably spent a minute or so too long in the fryer.If I hit up Mr. Sub the next time I'm in the Chicago area, it'll probably be a different location than this one.

We ordered 2 chicken tender meals onions rings and buffalo chicken cheese fries. Everything was BURNT! I wish I could post pics. We spent 50 dollars on the meals and I’ve never been so disappointed. This location is definitely a no go for us anymore.

King sub was a $16 piece of bread. Waste of time & $.
Worst mr sub experience ever way more expensive (44$ for 2 king subs and fries) then other locations and the meat is basically non existent, no seasoning or oil , my fiancé didn’t even want to eat her sandwich because the chicken was was not, I’ve been to many locations of mr sub and this is far from the normal there for I highly suggest no one eat here

31.00 for 2 king subs , crazy !!!!!Yes it was fresh that is why I gave a 4 starBut 15.00 for a king turkey nothing extra about it or in it !!!And one king mr sub with extra meat ! I can see being around 15.00 !!FYI not all MR SUBs have the same place point !! Can't go back to this one !!! Priced way too high !!

This is the biggest rip off of Mr sub! They jacked the prices! And only put 4 slices of turkey... and the bread is awful Is obvious cost cut... so try the one on Harlem! Maybe?! Just not here.

First off the prices are RIDICULOUS!!!! FOR 1 SANDWICH FRY AND S 12OZ. CSN OF POP MY BILL WAS GONNA BE 23 BUCKS!!!!!!! ENDED UP GETTING A SMALLER SANDWICH BUT IT WAS STILL ALMOST 14 BUCKS!!!! THEN THE FOOD CAME AND THE MEAT WAS NASTY!!! I SERIOUSLY FERL LIKE I'M GONNA THROW UP!!? I SO WISH I FOLLOWED MY GUT AND LEFT! I SHOULD HAVE GONE A BLOCK AWAY TO CULVERS!! Great service. How often do find a place where somebody sings while they make you your sandwich?The sub itself was good, not great. Bathroom is out of order, it look like it has been that way for a while.
